  I have had my unit here for over a year, the facility is clean and taken care of, the staff are great and go above and beyond, even stayed 30 minutes late so I could get a new lock and not have to wait til after the weekend. Much appreciated. And conveniently located next to a circle k on ridge road

  I rented one storage unit from them and was very happy with that. The storage unit is very clean after getting my storage unit. I found that I need it more space than I rent it. I called and Michael answered the phone and was very helpful and getting me another unit very close to the one I had already rented was very courteous and friendly even the movers compliment on how clean ExtraSpace storage is . Most of all, I feel that their prices are excellent and worth it.

  I had a great experience at this facility. Michael went above and beyond to help me with all my storage needs. He was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help!

  Thank you Dana for helping me today!!! You get 1,000 stars from me!! You were professional and very knowledgeable!! I appreciate you making me feel better! I gave this post a 4 star because I want to give credit to Dana, but my experience today with an agent, his name was Sean and the manager at this facility. Michael were not helpful. I give them 0 stars!!! I started with Sean today where he helped me book a storage unit. He didn’t tell me about certain fees that I had to pay. He started my plan today like I’m gonna move into the storage unit today when really I told him that I’m moving in Monday, he just did a lot of things wrong when I asked him about things before signing the contract. He just wasn’t helpful and he was misguiding me. He was a just trying to get a sale. please If you call here don’t talk to Sean! As for the manager, Michael, I called him to tell him what Sean had done and he’s like well. If you don’t want the storage unit I can cancel it for you right now so I did I canceled it because he was not helpful, he’s very unprofessional, you should get a new manager for the site because now I don’t feel like going into the office just because he’s there. Luckily for Dana I signed up for a better storage unit.

  Locker was broken into ( Along with others) NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY ) police are BAFFLED at how my ENTIRE LOCK PLATE was missing and there were no signs of how it happened. ALOT of homeless and addicts near. Definitely ALOT more to the story than what the staff is saying which is “NOTHING”! ONOY cameras are at the front doors and on the west side and gate. I haven’t been at this storage for more than 2 weeks. Was obviously targeted by someone that can gain access to a persons unit as BOXES of expensive items had to HVE been seen going in upon move in. Staff has NO ANSWERS but the police SURE DO and it’s CLEAR !!!!!! TOO BAD I CAN’T POST THE VIDEO of f when I arrived after being contacted by fiancé about the break in. Weird interaction and actions of staff. They CLEARED OUT VALUABLES and they obviously had time to do so. I should have stayed at Public storage … Police are investigating MORE THAN ONE BURGULARY AND ONE THING IS CLEAR SO FAR…This was a BLATANT TARGET as the police stated. There’s only ONE EXPLANATION !!!!!!
