  We had an excellent experience with Barrows. The owner himself, Charlie, was very responsive and incredibly kind. We needed the cleaning after caring for and ultimately putting down a sick pet, and Charlie was very flexible when we needed to move the scheduling based on the vet's calendar. On the day of the cleaning itself, David was the one who provided the service. He communicated early with us about his precise arrival time so we could plan our day vs. sitting and waiting for the whole window. Both Charlie and David did a great job of letting us know in advance what they needed logistics wise, which minimized wasted time and confusion upon arrival. David did an excellent job with the cleaning, the couch looks like new and the carpets look the best they ever have. Highly recommend this company.

  I can’t recommend Barrows Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning enough! I had originally scheduled service with another company, but when the tech arrived, he changed the pricing on the spot and didn’t seem genuinely interested in cleaning our sofa. I decided not to move forward with him- lesson learned about doing my due diligence upfront. That Monday evening, I went back to searching for an established, professional upholstery company, and came across Barrows. I called after hours expecting to hear back the next morning, but the owner Charlie called me back within 20 minutes that same night. We talked about the project and I mentioned my frustrating experience with the previous company- he was reassuring and clearly knew what he was talking about. I followed up on Tuesday with photos of the sofa, and we got everything scheduled for Thursday morning. David did the actual cleaning, and I was blown away by how thorough he was, every detail of the sofa, and an ottoman was carefully attended to. The results were incredible; The sofa looks brand new. I’m so glad I found a business that actually follows through on what they promised. They were reasonably priced and worth every penny. My boss is going to be thrilled to come home from his trip to a sofa that looks better than the day he bought it.!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! They arrived right on time, were professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning our sectional. The difference was immediately noticeable—it looks refreshed and so much cleaner than before. I’m extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for upholstery cleaning. We’ll definitely use them again!

  They did a wonderful job on my dining chairs and recliner! Went from grey to cream just like what I wanted! The owner got me scheduled right away and David was here on time and done fast, very nice too thank you guys!! My floors are next 🤣

  I can't say enough about what an amazing company this is. Professional. Personable. Quality of work was far greater than I ever expected. Charlie and David are are class acts and the job done on our home was amazing. Will definitely use Barrows again.
