This was very easy start to finish. The storage unit was exactly what we needed for 3 months. Everything can be managed by your phone which was a big plus for us. Would definetly use this facility again!

Do not do business with this dishonest business. I recently was awarded an auction on a back up bid. The facility advertised that a winning bidder could rent the auctioned off unit after paying the winning bid amount. When I contacted the unit after accepting their back up bid, they said that they would not honor this. This was on a Saturday, I informed them that I could be there Monday morning to pay and empty the unit, they said that is not acceptable. They then contacted the website from which the auction was won and reported me as a deadbeat. My account was then suspended. 2 other extra storage space facilities have told me that auctioned units can be rented by the winning bidder and have honored the fine print. This location chose not too. I believe they lack integrity and will be dishonest with other people in the future. Buyer beware. Choose a different place to do business. This place is a scam, fraud and lacks integrity.
