My husband and I had a rough day. Our refrigerator broke that morning, on top of an already stressful week, so we headed to Lowe’s after learning that Home Depot couldn’t deliver the refrigerator we wanted for another one to two weeks.
That’s when we met Mark, who greeted us warmly and immediately got to work helping us find the refrigerator we wanted and the soonest possible delivery date. Lisa then took over our transaction, and both of them were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process.
We decided to apply for a Lowe’s credit card, and Mark and Lisa were incredibly knowledgeable about the financing options, rewards, and available savings. They took the time to explain everything and help us determine what would work best for us. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like we were just another sale.
As we went through the process, we shared that we were newlyweds and had been having a particularly stressful week. Mark and Lisa were so kind, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. What could have been an ordinary transaction turned into a genuinely positive experience. We left with a new refrigerator on the way, feeling confident in our purchase and happy that we had chosen Lowe’s over Home Depot.
What stood out most was that Mark and Lisa didn’t just do their jobs well. They made us feel welcome, took the time to connect with us, and turned a frustrating day into something we actually left smiling about. They even congratulated us on our recent marriage, which was such a thoughtful touch.

I was one of those dreaded customers that ran in 30 seconds before close on a sunday night desperate to find what I needed to get the power in my RV restored. Not even sure how to explain it or if they would have it I found Josh ASM who was extremely patient and persistent in figuring it out. He was thorough in his search as we needed to go to two departments clear across the store from eachother. He was so calm and showed no signs of irritation or frustration with the fact that not only was it a challenge to figure out what I needed and where it was but that it took a hot minute in doing so after closing. Josh is an asset to the Lowe's in PC with such a plesant demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction. 10 out of 10 all the way! Thank you Josh.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
