  Purchased a couch, loveseat, and recliner. Am completely happy with them all. Salespersons were great. (Super patient.) Delivery was great as well.

  Experience very pleasant all around, especially dealing with store sales rep lovely Marta. Just one small suggestion that maybe considering price paid, headrest and arm covers should have been thrown in as a freebie.

  Very knowledgeable about their products. Friendly service. Very happy with our sales associate. No complaints there. Lazy Boy is our favorite for recliners for 30+ years. I was disappointed that their warranty is now for only one year on the electronics, and you must pay another 30% for the 5 year. Also was disappointed that after purchasing two leather recliners, I also had to pay an extra $50 for their leather care kit.

  la-Z-Boy took very good care of me and he was very knowledgeable about his stock and samples and was very patient with me as I am handicap. I appreciate the time he spent with us.
