  We had a great shopping experience. Maggie worked with us to get exactly what we needed. I am 6' 3" and she showed us a recliner that was perfect for my height. She made sure we received the discounts (including a veteran's discount) and everything we needed.

  This was my first time doing business with La-z-boy and it surpassed any other furniture shopping experience I have had over the last 50 years. The representative that hosted us (I used the words "representative" because he truly represented La-z-boy, he was not just a salesperson and "hosted" because it was more of a customer service feeling versus sales pitch) was Patrick. He was extremely informative, fully answered all our questions and was never pushy. He provided the information and let the product speak for itself. I like that kind of confidence. Thanks Patrick.

  Worst customer service worst manager Kim from Port Charlotte, Florida office rude to me so she called me back and didn’t keep using excuse excuses I really want to return everything and start with another company
