The salesperson, Andrea, was informed and helpful. Even alerted us to an upcoming sale and connected us with a closer store for delivery purposes. I hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly.

Aly was our sales person and she was a delight. She is very knowledgeable of every step of the process of buying furniture and the availability for delivery and payment. She is an excellent representative of you. We can't wait to get our purchases. Before we left for the season and finally proceeded this fall. We know this is a quality product. We've had many La-Z-Boy recliners in the past.

Great shopping experience! Montana was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. Would definitely shop at the Plymouth, MA store again!

Marta was great to work with showing all the options for both my 6'4" husband and me at 5"0". She also offered their Lazy Boy in home design service with help choosing a coordinated recliner for me. The options are the best and the service was great!
