I went into the store intending to rent a desktop computer that I was fully capable and prepared to pay for. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment I walked in was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. I was whispered about, passed around between different managers, and ultimately ended up speaking with a manager who insinuated that I probably couldn’t afford the down payment for the computer I was there to get. That assumption was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful as I average $31/hr and hold two licenses from Florida’s department of financial services. I also had multiple forms of documentation verifying my address, including my lease, bank statement, and utility bill. Despite providing all of this, I was told that I could not simply take the computer home and that it had to be delivered. The entire interaction left me feeling judged, profiled, and unwelcome. Based on my experience, I genuinely felt that racial profiling played a role in the way I was treated. I understand that businesses have policies and procedures, but there is absolutely no excuse for making a paying customer feel humiliated or treated differently based on assumptions about who they are or what they can afford. I walked into this store ready and able to do business and left feeling completely disrespected. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience. There are plenty of places where customers deserve to be treated with basic dignity and respect, regardless of their appearance or background.

- KAKana AirmaMay 17, 20261.0This store needs new employees and management because who shows up to repair an appliance and instead calls state on the home well on camera I was right nextdoor and heard the man your employees have no care for your customers and there health issues and to know I was given good vibes before what you're employees did I won't be coming to you guys for what we need then too pretty much laugh in there face it's what was best I hope someone does something to make this right with this family even though they want nothing from your store anymore good thing for technology because they had legal proof of everything that was said and you still can't make it right and say your employees were in the wrong so sad that you lost a new customer because I will not be coming in to your store

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
