- NMNichole Myers3 days ago1.0Its really really sad that when someone calls the store one of the managers is always giving an attitude. Then when someone calls to have them come out to repair an appliance they instead call the state an make false accusations. When that person called corporate and were told that theres nothing they could do because it was done in good faith and pretty much laugh in their face. How is it in good faith when you were explained the situation and what happened. You just wanted to see a family get broken. I will never ever be buying another item from aarons again. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and now im seeing how you truly treat your customers. Its disgusting and yall should be ashamed of yourselves.
- PPPrototype3 days ago1.0This store needs new employees and management because who shows up to repair an appliance and instead calls state on the home well on camera I was right nextdoor and heard the man your employees have no care for your customers and there health issues and to know I was given good vibes before what you're employees did I won't be coming to you guys for what we need then too pretty much laugh in there face it's what was best I hope someone does something to make this right with this family even though they want nothing from your store anymore good thing for technology because they had legal proof of everything that was said and you still can't make it right and say your employees were in the wrong so sad that you lost a new customer because I will not be coming in to your store
- HCHeather Cabrera6 days ago1.0Better make sure you don't have a mess or make sure you don't have appointments the day they come to your house or they will go behind your back and lie and call the state on you for an unclean home not caring if you had doctors appointments though put the day they are someone that if you have kids I would never use we have tryed talking to the people at the store they laughed in our face and so did corporate that they were doing it in good faith no they weren't they did to make a family be broken

I had a few leases with Aaron’s that I have paid off and ran into a snag and needed a washer desperately with clothes building up he was able to get me a brand new washer and squeezed me in last minute for delivery. Thank you Jason for taking care of your customers with a sense or urgency. Anytime I call he’s quick to respond to any of the concerns I have.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
