- RRRandy RosenbergJan 16, 20261.0STAY AWAY FROM RANDOLS POOLS. I regretted my prepayment for a new hot water heater and pump motor almost immediately out of the gate. They did a sloppy installation job leaving me holding the bag. My water pump is now causing a vibration inside the house. I agreed to pay them in full for a service call to eliminate the vibration but the vibration inside the house still continues. They are not men of their word. Know that the vibration did not exist before they touched my equipment. I called them this morning only to be told sorry we will not be coming out again to resolve the vibration issue. Unbelievable. Very disappointed in these men. I trusted them.
