  My initial experience with Extra Space has been great. Their good website made it easy to reserve the space I wanted at a good price. But when I went to the building and saw the unit I had reserved, I decided it didn't meet my needs. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating making changes. I havn't actually moved in yet, but the facility seems spotlessly clean with lots of hand carts available (which were the primary concerns that led to my decision to move to from a competitor).

  I recently had an issue with my account due to the recent take over. Mariedel listened to my concerns and made a way for all parties satisfied. She’s very knowledgeable and explained to me what and how the issue occurred. She worked it out and I left feeling confident in continuing to store through Extra Space. She's the best ☺️.

  I had a great experience and want to give a big thank you to Manny C. He was extremely helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even worked out a really good price for us. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy — professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. We’re very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend working with Manny!

  Had to contact due to extra space took over my storage property New manager was very pleasant and efficient got me set up in the new system and I did not have to even come to the office

  I was looking for a storage unit to put some items while I am away looking at colleges. Mariedel was amazing explaining everything and reassured me that my items will be safe while I'm away. Thank you!!!
