It was/is fantastic. The unit is clean and the entire facility is awesome and kept cool. Gary showed me to my unit and explained thoroughly how everything works. I grateful for the space and confident my items are safe and secure. Overall 10/10 and definitely worth the 5stars! Thank you!

This review is for the pompano beach location at Atlantic and Andrews.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I walked in, Gary was absolutely wonderful. He was so courteous, friendly, and professional, and he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. The paperwork was quick and straightforward, and Gary took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
The facility is brand new and exceptionally clean. My unit was spotless, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. It was honestly such a pleasant experience, especially when moving and storing your belongings can otherwise be stressful.
A huge thank you to Gary for making everything so easy! He is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facility. **Five stars all the way!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very pleased with both Gary (ASM) & Mariedel (GM) for their exceptional customer service and support. Gary made sure that I had everything I needed from start to move in day. I ran into issues and he fixed them immediately. Mariedel was also pleasant to work with and ensured that everything went smoothly. The team handled any concerns quickly and smoothly. Gary was absolutely amazing! From the moment he opened the door, from being thorough with regard to pricing and sizing. He was extremely friendly, not to mention, very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to rent storage at a new, clean, facility with above and beyond customer service! Thank you Gary!

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The property was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure every time I visited. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. Access to my unit was convenient, and I appreciated how organized everything was. If you're looking for a reliable place to store your belongings with excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend this facility.
