  Quality Termite made the entire process of getting our attic wood treated so easy and painless! Starting with Scott who came out to do a free estimate, to Danny on the phone, to Byron, Emilio, and Nick who actually did the treatment---every single person was friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the scary fact of finding evidence of termites in our house, LESS scary and quite manageable. I highly recommend Quality Termite and Pest Control. We will call them again if needed.

  Do not fall for this unprofessional company. I knew I got scammed the moment they talked me into doing a one time spray which was not worth two cents. Two months later I get a call to continue the service that I never wanted but caved due to their persistence. I just off the phone with the manager sho treated me as a liar and questioned the subscription. I did not ever sign for one. Very negative experience. They need to vet their sales people better

  Call me back. You left my tent up for 14 hrs and then inexplicably removed it 34 hrs before it was supposed to come off and are not answering any of my calls or emails. I have no idea if my house is toxic. The termites are not gone for sure. Urgent!!!!!

  They took the few items I had left in the freezer and threw them on the floor and left it there while tenting, when I came home days later, I was shocked at the filth and magots oozing from everywhere. They would not return my calls for about an hour, seems like they knew what they did. It took me hours to cleanup. I have never seen such filth in my life. I wasn't able to unpack my car for hours, because I had never had to clean anything like that. The owner who called 4 hours later was very obnoxious, told me that I sounded like the type that wanted something for nothing.. Sorry I paid before I came home they would never have gotten a dime. I would like to add that she is the one that took our money for nothing. I DONT THINK ASKING THEM TO CLEAN UP THEIR TOXIC FILTHY MESS IS ASKING FOR SOMETHING FOR NOTHING!! Now we are being eaten by flees, I think I am traumatized.. I am sure that when we weren't home they did a meticulous job walking in the stench flies and maggots. They had no idea what would happen when they threw some food on the floor and left it for several days. Only someone mentally ill would leave someone's home like that.

  I was fortunate to have Scott come out for my fumigation examination and I just want to say that he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever had come to the house for anything. He was thorough and very patient and understanding and very knowledgeable, got all the information that he gave us a how about the tenting and about the termites and telling us what we need to do before for the fumigation, he is just a tremendously nice person, not to mention the fact that everybody that I’ve called at the quality office, all of the girls anybody that is in reception every time you call they are pleasant, patient and very, very, very nice so I’ve been with quality for quite a while now, and I wouldn’t I change for anything God bless all of them.
