  They took the few items I had left in the freezer and threw them on the floor and left it there while tenting, when I came home days later, I was shocked at the filth and magots oozing from everywhere. They would not return my calls for about an hour, seems like they knew what they did. It took me hours to cleanup. I have never seen such filth in my life. I wasn't able to unpack my car for hours, because I had never had to clean anything like that. The owner who called 4 hours later was very obnoxious, told me that I sounded like the type that wanted something for nothing.. Sorry I paid before I came home they would never have gotten a dime. I would like to add that she is the one that took our money for nothing. I DONT THINK ASKING THEM TO CLEAN UP THEIR TOXIC FILTHY MESS IS ASKING FOR SOMETHING FOR NOTHING!! Now we are being eaten by flees, I think I am traumatized.. I am sure that when we weren't home they did a meticulous job walking in the stench flies and maggots. They had no idea what would happen when they threw some food on the floor and left it for several days. Only someone mentally ill would leave someone's home like that.

  I was fortunate to have Scott come out for my fumigation examination and I just want to say that he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever had come to the house for anything. He was thorough and very patient and understanding and very knowledgeable, got all the information that he gave us a how about the tenting and about the termites and telling us what we need to do before for the fumigation, he is just a tremendously nice person, not to mention the fact that everybody that I’ve called at the quality office, all of the girls anybody that is in reception every time you call they are pleasant, patient and very, very, very nice so I’ve been with quality for quite a while now, and I wouldn’t I change for anything God bless all of them.   Quality Termite & Pest Control treated my home for termites in November 2025, but only six months later, termites began reappearing in the exact same areas that were supposedly treated. After spending over $1,000 on their localized treatment, I expected a lasting solution. Instead, when I reported the recurring termite activity, I was told the infestation was likely coming from other areas of the house and that I would ultimately need to tent the property anyway. What was most frustrating is that it now feels like I was sold a temporary “band-aid” solution instead of being advised upfront about the more comprehensive treatment the house actually needed. I was also told that because I had already paid for their localized treatment, I would receive a discount on the tenting service. However, even after applying their so-called discount, their fumigation quote was still significantly higher than several competing quotes I received from other termite companies. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to carefully compare both treatment approaches and pricing before committing to localized termite treatments with this company.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Very Unprofessional Terrible experience. I hired this company for a tent treatment and the entire process was extremely unprofessional. The workers they sent were smoking weed while working at my property and had a very poor appearance. Communication was terrible — no one kept me informed about what was happening during the process. When the job was finished, they didn’t even tell me where they left my keys. Their coordination is a mess, especially from a worker named Emilio who handled things very poorly. Overall, a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
