- SHSun HyMay 3, 20264.0Great facilities! The units are well-maintained, and the AC helps keep everything dry and mold-free, which I really appreciate. The staff are top-notch. Vlad and Noel provide excellent service, they’re kind, professional, and always helpful. My only concern is with the company’s payment policy. In my opinion, it’s a significant drawback. If you ever run into a financial pinch, there’s little flexibility, no payment plans or options. It’s essentially pay in full or risk losing your belongings through auction. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced this personally, but it’s something to be aware of. I do think the company could improve by offering payment plans, especially for long-term customers, particularly in today’s economy. That said, aside from this issue, the customer service is excellent, the facility is clean, and everything I’ve stored has remained in great condition.

Anytime I have needed assistance with my unit, the assistance I received from Noel was second to none. Noel has been very kind and thoughtful to me. When I needed to switch units, he suggested the perfect 5 X 10, just across from my 10 X 10. Thanks to Noel, what we thought was going to be a daunting move, turned out to be as easy as possible. He also helped me when my rent was raised. I told him why I thought it wasn’t fair to me and he listened and really heard me. I feel extremely fortunate that Noel is my “go to” person at Extra Space Storage! Thank you , Noel!!
