I would NOT recommend buying a major appliance from Lowe’s based on our experience.
We have purchased TWO brand-new refrigerators from Lowe’s in THREE YEARS. After the problems with the first refrigerator, we made sure to purchase the Lowe’s Protection Plan on the second one, thinking that would give us some peace of mind. Unfortunately, it has been anything but.
We’ve now had TWO repair attempts on the second refrigerator, and it STILL isn’t right. Even more frustrating, the repair jobs performed by the service providers sent out through the protection plan have been botched, leaving us continuing to deal with problems on a relatively new refrigerator.
At this point, my frustration isn’t just that an appliance failed. Things break. It’s what happens AFTER the sale that matters. We paid extra for a protection plan specifically so that if something went wrong, it would be handled properly. Instead, we’ve dealt with repeated repairs, poor workmanship, and a refrigerator that still isn’t functioning as it should.
Two new refrigerators in three years, a paid protection plan, multiple service calls, and we STILL don’t have a properly repaired refrigerator.
Buying our appliances from Lowe’s and believing the protection plan would actually provide peace of mind has been a BIG mistake. I would think twice before purchasing a major appliance here.

We had the BEST experience at Lowes in Plant City!!! Lionel led us to Jessica (Jess), Department Manager, who assisted us with a riding lawnmower purchase.
She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!
She was so helpful and really went the extra mile to help us and with such a GREAT attitude and loads of patience!
As a bonus, we met the Store Manager, Zach, so we could compliment Jessica's helpfulness and assistance with our major purchase.
Zach was so pleasant, which only confirmed the outstanding employees like Jessica and Lionel who were ever so helpful during our trip to Lowes!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
