This location in Plant City continues to disappoint. Placed a same day delivery, which was delivered to the wrong house, they are not helpful at all..I contacted the delivery service to which they called lowes to have a replacement sent out..lowes refused to make it right until after an investigation, then they will get with the delivery service to resend. Moved here a year ago & disappointed with the 3 visits I've made to this location... there will be no more. Also, what investigation.. the items are not here & the picture for confirmation is not my house.

great store with great staff, but their AI gal when you call does not understand you want a HUMAN on the phone. She keeps saying "sure I can help with that. tell me in one sentence what you need".
Good luck trying to say representative, management, front desk, etc...she does not connect you!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two packs of fiberglass insulation and wood, each containing 11 sheets. When we told the cashier that we wanted the packs of 11, he charged us for 16 sheets individually. He knowingly charged us more money, even though his coworker confirmed our order. The total came to over $1,000, and he was happy about the sale.
I was unsure about the transaction, so I checked the charges. The cashier had charged us almost $400 for the individual sheets, while the packs were priced around $80 each. The difference was significant, with the packs costing only $170.
We returned to ask for a refund and to have the correct amount charged. However, the cashier refused our request, stating that it couldn’t be done. I then went back to the cashier and requested a refund from his coworker. The refund was processed, and I bought the packs separately. To my “surprise” they were only $170, not $400. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!
We had also requested that the items be delivered the next day, but the cashier quoted us $70 to $80 for the delivery in order for it to be done the next day. We paid that and what do you know… the items were not delivered the next day and were instead scheduled for the following day.
Finally, the items arrived two days later, but the wood we ordered was damaged. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I expect better service from this company in the future!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
