  We pay them each month to help keep our grass insect free. Our grass in the front has been taken over buy something and now it's dead and needs to be resodded! Our grass should not die if we are paying for you to spray to help help it healthy and free from insects.

  I had a disappointing experience with Big O Pest Control. The communication was poor, follow-up was lacking, and the overall service did not meet expectations. I expected a more professional and reliable experience, especially when dealing with something as important as pest control for a home or business. Unfortunately, I did not feel like my concerns were properly addressed, and the service left me frustrated rather than reassured. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Big O Pest Control and would suggest looking into other pest control companies that are more responsive, thorough, and customer-focused.
