  I had a disappointing experience with Big O Pest Control. The communication was poor, follow-up was lacking, and the overall service did not meet expectations. I expected a more professional and reliable experience, especially when dealing with something as important as pest control for a home or business. Unfortunately, I did not feel like my concerns were properly addressed, and the service left me frustrated rather than reassured. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Big O Pest Control and would suggest looking into other pest control companies that are more responsive, thorough, and customer-focused.

  It's been a great and the best experience so far. Our grass is looking much better since we have been using Big-O Pest Control.

  Big-O is a high quality company, not as cheap as some other options, but our lawn looks the best it has ever looked since we purchased our home. Excellent staff and good billing processes, where they E-mail you invoice after service is provided and it's easy to pay. I'm very impressed with Big-O.

  What can I say I have been using this company for 2 years I have decided to leave a comment …..they have done a great job at keeping the bugs out of my house. The technicians are fantastic, they answer my questions and informs me if they find anything or what to keep an eye out for via text EVERY TIME. they are outstanding, Professional. mark my words they I highly recommend them if you're having issues with that beautiful grass of Yours this company cannot be beat. I stand by this review (unsolicited) A+ perfect
