- PPPositivity5 days ago1.0Save yourself the headache some of the furniture if not all of it is already used but it gets cleaned and disinfected before it is leased out what's funny you're expected to cough up $3,000 to 4,000 for a piece of pre-owned disinfected piece of furniture Oh and let's not forget it's a never ending cycle if you have to put back a little bit of money each month it adds up and buy your stuff out right elsewhere brand new because what you're paying for this stuff you can be saving the money to buy something new outright The people are friendly there but I disagree with the pricing on that pre-owned stuff they lease Example this is just an example you might lease a sofa and let's say it's 4,000 or $3,000 you have to make monthly payments for a 24 months well you know you can buy something brand new online for $500 $600 even maybe $400 for a brand new sofa for what you're paying for that it's basically money going in the trash lease fees and all that

The couch I originally wanted could not fit in my house so I was supposed to get a new couch the same day they said they were on their way to deliver it then they had to reschedule someone is home all they had to do is knock on the door. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have read the reviews from this location first.

They want to call you and send mail that they will “ work with you “ but harass you every chance they get . Calls being made even before they open and the “ GENERAL MANAGER “ is a real piece of work . Very rude and uncouth ! I called to make payments and he says well that’s not enough to get you to next month I said I’d call and make the payment when I can and he’s just so rude and disrespectful about it . They call you 7 times a day . And when you do call back they are very unprofessional. Cannot wait to pay off everything so I can never use them again .

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
