The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful and informative. Cameron made me feel assured that this was the Best choice for my storage. Rented a unit a few months ago at what they said was a promotional rate. According to my contract, they had to provide written notice of a rent increase. I never received any notice and the company cannot produce any receipts or documentation stating they have.
Since I’ve noticed the almost tripling of my monthly rate, I have attempted to contact their management three times. The first time I was told they would do some research and call me back, never heard from them. The second and third time, I was told the issue was elevated to corporate and still haven’t heard back.
I will soon be closing my account and moving to another company.
