I’ve had several mini-storage units over the years in various places, but this has been the best experience yet. The website makes it easy to find the right unit, the application/registration process is simple, and the app puts everything in one place (including the ability to open the gate). Adam (manager) was very pleasant and gave me an orientation of the buildings when I first checked in and made sure that all my questions were answered. The unit was very clean and had a welcome packet and lock as promised. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Only issue i have with Extraspace is the multiple price increases i received in the first year. Pretty big jump each time. Had to call to get them to adjust. But never back to original. I think it is their way to shock you then have you be ok with a smaller increase.
