Today I visited my storage unit at Extra Space Storage. For some reason, the key to my lock didn't work, didn't turn at all. I called the office and left a voicemail about the problem, asking them to come ASAP!
Within about 10 minutes, Mike showed up at my unit. He tried a number of different solutions, but the lock would not budge. So he got his tools, drilled out the old lock, and provided me with a new lock. He told me that this occasionally happens. I was impressed that he was able to handle the issue on the spot.
And so grateful! I had an item that I urgently needed to collect today, and was shortly able to do that.
I have always found the service at Extra Space Storage to be helpful, courteous, and prompt.

I used my storage unit for several months and everyone in the office has always been very kind. Mike was especially helpful on my move out day. My husband is blind and he took his time walking with him to the dumpster making sure he knew where it was at and unlocked it for us as we throughout some last minute things. I definitely recommend using them and will absolutely return if I ever need another storage unit.
