Rude don’t go to early some people aren’t morning people. I went to return some house plants because some of the leaves were browning. House plants aren’t exactly cheap nowadays. One house plant was $15. So to have one already looking as though it’s root rot, you can understand why I would want to return it, not knowing that it was not returnable. One of the men had a nasty attitude Instead of just telling me, it was not returnable he made me feel like an Idiot. The receipt doesn’t say it’s none returnable I’ve never returned plants before but with them browning in less than two weeks I didn’t want them. Not even offering an exchange. It’s sad that customers have to suffer because some people are miserable at where they are in life. They don’t ever have to worry about me returning everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Extremely slow process.
We wanted a GE wall oven that GE no longer makes so we changed our order to a pull down door version. We were told by the appliance mgr if we got a Lowe’s credit card we’d receive a 25% discount (great), so we did. However, the mgr was the ONLY person able to give us the 25% off deal which became nearly impossible to get hold of. Once we scheduled an installation measurement the appointment was 10 days letter. FYI, BestBuy was here in 2 business days but the Lowe’s price was much better. So, after we waited 10 days it took 4 days to receive the measurements in the store. Lowe’s has a policy that you MUST use their measurement contractors which adds wasted time to ordering the product. Okay, we got the measurement, went to Airport Lowe’s and viola, the manager was in. We ordered the oven now it’s taking 16 days to receive then another 12-14 days possibly to install.
Utterly ridiculous!! From start to finish this is a 6 week process. We ordered from LG, the stove was at our house to be installed 4 days later however it didn’t fit so here we are, frustrated with the Lowe’s process.
Go elsewhere if you can, never again for me regardless of the price.

Went there last night with a list of items to buy. Ended up with only one of them. Since it's not my normal Lowe's we needed help finding the stuff. When we finally found someone to ask, he point at the other end of the store and said "It's over there". It wasn't "Over there". We did find one item on our own. Spent about $6 total instead of the amount we were going to spend. They don't care at all and are not afraid to show it.

Good morning I have shopped at Lowe's for years. That being said, in recent times there is not enough people working there to help you but there is plenty to follow you for loss prevention. I recently went for a drill which was locked up finally found someone to open the locked cage, he would not hand me the item so I could read the stats to ensure it was the one I wanted instead he walked me and the drill while keeping it from me and handed it to the person monitoring the self checkout he would not let me look at it to ensure it was the one I wanted. tired of being treated like a criminal. I went in today to buy some things, while shopping, some guy following me. about as suttle as a brick loss prevention but no help finding what I was looking for. What happened to customer service. Today after spending thousands at various Lowe's building a 15 acre farm, remodeling houses was my last trip into any Lowe's store. Tractor supply from know on.
