    Paid for a craftsman two part ool box with free installation and delivery ....after two delivery postponements with no call to ask when ima good time would be, they just dropped both separate pieces in my garage floor, in the box and left....nice assembly?

    This stores management needs classes in customer service. The assistant manager for sure. Im not sure if race was a factor, but I sure felt it was. I requested to speak to the store manager, which was not allowed for some reason. I left my number for the store manager to call me and that didn't happen. I had a simple return, which was complete after a confrontational assistant store manager told me I couldn't. R.J. either didn't understand his job, or he is racist. This was a very unnecessary and uncomfortable experience. I will not shop at this store again. I HAVE CALLED LOWES CORPORATE OFFICE IN HOPES THE REGIONAL MANAGER WILL CALL. Its hard to believe in 2026 we have corporate stores being allowed to operate this way. Very sad to put it mildly.

    The gentleman that helped me his name was Jackson he didn't specialize in what I was looking for but he got on his phone found what I was needing & took me there. I didn't have to go looking through the store for help he came right up to me and asked me if I needed help! He was very personable and helpful. This was by far the best experience I've had in Lowe's in a long time. Thank you Jackson!

    As a level 6 Google reviewer, there is nothing I love more than coming across somebody who gives exceptional customer service. That's what happened when I came to this location and came across a pro desk member named Keri. She went above and beyond to help me put my delivery order together with her patience and knowledge. She was very pleasant to deal with. Then when we received a notification of an issue with delivery a couple days later. We called, asked for her and voiced our concerns. She then proceeded to take our number as she said she needed to check on some things. Then later in the day she called us back explaining what had happened with a mix up at another locations shipping dept. She told us she spoke to those in charge and was able to correct the issue, and sure enough our items all were received on time which really helped our project. Thank you again Keri. While I have definitely had other great interactions with other team members there, she was by far the best and most memorable to the point I just had to give her her flowers.

    Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator mid March (less than 45 days ago) and bought extended warranty. Something wrong with fridge - won’t cool or maintain cool and temp alarm throws constantly. Lost $1000 in food items. No one can be bothered and can’t call my own repair or I void the warranty. Not good business model or process. I just want this fixed or I want it replaced!
