Ordered a zero turn mower on the website just like any other purchase. You would think for a big purchase, the store would ensure an on-time delivery. I was wrong to think that. I had to drive into the store and speak with the assistant manager who found out that the order was allocated, but never fulfilled, three weeks after I placed the order. I was then told it would be delivered this past Friday and be available for pickup. No word.

Buyers beware. We did a pick up order for a fridge. $2600! And they never sent the email that it was ready so I just went up there to try and get them to just walk back and get it. The guy up front came back and said it’s not there. We went to the back the lady (Kim) was very rude. She said it wasn’t there and nothing she could do. I offered to take the display. She was even more rude. Then it was like dealing with a complete idiot trying to just get my money back. Go elsewhere to get your stuff. She literally said “she don’t get paid to care. “ what ever happened to customer service?
