This five star review is for the nine mile rd store manager, Anthony. I cannot give him enough praise for his assistance multiple times during my shopping today, Oct 6. He went out of his way to help me find items I was searching for, doubled checked if they were available in store, thereby saving me from driving to other locations, and walked me to each aisle as needed instead of just telling me where to find something as other employees had done. He eased my growing frustration and was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and pleasant the entire time. I cannot say much for the several other employees who were less than helpful but all praise and thanks to this super star store manager. And no, I did not ask to speak with the manager, he was just the one I ran into on the floor who was willing to help me. Thanks again. Bravo Zulu Anthony!!

I wish it was a way. I didn’t even have to put a star because one star is not low enough. The store lied to me about my delivery date. I was given my four hour window. I was told every excuse under the sun from the delivery truck broke down to my house. Wasn’t ready the following day I called back. The store informed me that this was now a corporate issue and they couldn’t do anything and I had to call a certain number. That number was just customer care so there was another lie. All my food is sitting in coolers. My refrigerator has been moved. I have a new delivery date again.
So if anybody out there, everyone wants to just throw away a bunch of food go to Lowe’s or refrigerator because I won’t get there on time you’ll be lied to multiple times and then You’re getting in touch with customer service was just an arm of the store and they will tell you that you can use the Lowe’s service protection plan to get compensated for all your food that went bad because your new refrigerator didn’t show up!!!! I guess that’s a logistic problem or a corporate problem as well!!!

I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for years, but the customer service has gotten so bad that I now have to start going to the airport location instead.
The return process is especially frustrating. The ladies at the return desk often make you feel guilty or like you’re doing something wrong simply for trying to return an item. It shouldn’t be this difficult or uncomfortable to make a legitimate return. Instead of being treated like a customer, you’re made to feel like you’re inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.
There are a few genuinely helpful employees, but unfortunately, the overall customer service—especially when it comes to returns—has become extremely disappointing.

I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for years, and it’s honestly disappointing that I’m now considering going to other locations because of how consistently unpleasant and unhelpful the staff has become.
There are a couple of employees who deserve recognition—the older gentleman in the paint section and the young, tall gentleman in the flooring section have always been kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experiences with most of the other employees have been the complete opposite.
The cashiers, especially some of the older ladies, can be extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve also had similar experiences with some of the younger employees in the plant section. Even something as simple as asking for assistance scanning an item that doesn’t have a barcode can feel like an inconvenience to them. It often comes across as though helping a customer is an interruption rather than part of their job.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but when this happens repeatedly, it really affects the overall shopping experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the store has a few genuinely great employees, but the consistently poor customer service from others is enough to make longtime customers consider taking their business elsewhere.
