  I was in search of an oversized chair and ottoman. I went during the Memorial Day sale and found exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the Pensacola store was wonderful. The made to order chair took longer than I had hoped but the wait was well worth it. My 4 year old granddaughter and I enjoy it every day.

  The sales lady at this location was very pleasing and patient with us. We were trying to get it delivered quickly because I was going in for surgery and I wanted my couch to sit on when I got home. It was delayed several weeks and truth why my husband does not like the recliner he ended up getting two hours. We can’t try things out for 90 days.

  Michael D. was very helpful in helping me make the right choices for my situation. He was patient, took the time to answer questions with accurate and honest information. I feel that my experience may have ended up very different had I worked with anyone else, because of his ability to guide me through choosing a living room set, and an additional bedroom recliner that I will be comfortable and happy with my purchase.

  Shopping for furniture can be overwhelming, but Mike and Anna Claire made it an absolute blast! We came in looking for living room furniture and found a bonus chandelier for our dining room, and Anna Claire immediately "got" my style. She has such a great eye for design and somehow figured out exactly what I loved (and what I definitely didn't) within minutes. She made the whole process feel easy and fun instead of stressful. And Mike? Such a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly helpful without being the typical pushy salesperson. It honestly felt more like shopping with a knowledgeable friend than being sold to, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The two of them make a fantastic team, and because of their help, we're so excited about the pieces we chose for our new home. We actually had fun furniture shopping, which says a lot! We're already looking forward to coming back to work with them on furnishing our dining room and family room next. Highly recommend Mike and Anna Claire if you want great design advice, zero pressure, and a genuinely fun experience!
