He was very patient with us. He did an excellent job in recommending the fabric for us, using a picture of the current room /colors. We are excited about our new chairs and can't wait to get them.

Cindy also called after the sale, to say we were getting a refund due to being charged in the state where we purchased, instead of the state where the chairs are being delivered. We very much appreciated the integrity of Cindy and the LA-Z-Boy. Also the store and bathroom were clean and tidy, and everyone was friendly. I would purchase from this store again.
