Why pay all this money for rats to be on your items. Not happy at all with the service. Don’t waste your money. I was at the one on pine Forrest. Rats were all on my couches, dishes that were boxed up. Worse thing was claim doesn’t cover this so why pay for insurance on my items if they won’t be protected. Rate carry diseases. My son and I are asthmatic. I have to pay to get either new sofas or to have someone steam my sofas repeatedly to kill the bacteria from rats droppings. I have thrown away most of my life due to rat droppings being on everything. This place is only cares about your money not your things. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.
