I cannot begin to express how kind and thoughtful Joe was in helping me today. Even though this is not his regular location he treated me as a long time and valued client. What a professional and valuable asset you have in him! I want to mention the gentleman who was previously at this location named Jon has also alwaya been very patient and helpful. Please give these people their credit due for being a wonderful representation of your organization. Joe deserves a great deal of praise. I was distraught and he found a solution. Don't lose this man; you need more like him!
