  if you like used/busted up furniture with stains and scuffs all over, this is the spot for you! not only are most of their items such as couches and chairs stained with what looks like black grease, their pricing is insane. most couches are over 8k, and they’ve been returned and are still extremely dirty. i drove over 40 minutes to get here. waste of time, save yourself the headache and don’t come here.

  Short employee with glasses very rude and manager was called but they didn’t even bother speaking to us waited more then 20 mins and the manger just walked past us this is not high end brand store they act like a swap meet

  Went to RH Outlet today regarding a scratch-and-dent dining table I originally looked at on April 13. What made no sense was that over a month later, the damaged outlet table had actually gone UP in price instead of down, despite still having visible scratches and wear. The pricing and labeling were confusing and inconsistent, and when I asked for clarification I was told it was considered a “clean item,” which didn’t really line up with the condition of the table. Instead of calmly explaining the pricing, the associate became argumentative and said he would get a manager. I waited over 20 minutes and no manager ever came out to speak with me. For a luxury furniture store, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and pricing transparency.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Patricia, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in the products—her expertise really stood out. I was able to get a great deal on a chandelier, and she even offered me an unbelievable price on a set of dining chairs. It made the whole experience feel both rewarding and seamless. I truly look forward to working with her again for my future home furnishing needs. I’ve visited this location several times just to browse, and it continues to impress. I used to be a regular at their South Miami store before it relocated here, so I was excited to see the new space—and it definitely delivers. They offer a wide selection of beautiful furniture, more than I could count, and many pieces are priced in line with what you’d expect from an outlet. I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning higher prices, but it’s important to keep expectations realistic—this is RH, not a furniture liquidator. While you can find great deals, some items will naturally still be on the higher end given the brand and quality. Overall, it’s a great place to explore if you appreciate well-designed, high-quality furniture and are willing to invest in certain pieces.
