I checked online before heading to the store to make sure all of the items I needed were in stock. When I arrived, I found that one of the items was stored up high on a rack.
I asked an employee for help and was told there would not be a forklift “driver” available for another two hours. I was honestly shocked that a Lowe’s store would not have someone available to operate a forklift on a weekend, which has to be their busiest times for the store.
I went to customer service and asked to speak with a manager to verify that there was really no one available who could retrieve the item. I waited more than 10 minutes without a manager coming to speak with me before finally giving up and leaving the store.
Very frustrating experience, especially after taking the time to confirm online that the item was in stock before making the trip.

Came here with my 1 year old, at 8 am to get the free bucket for her. It was clear the “store manager” Arvin Arcan, chose to make the decision that he would only be distributing them at 10 AM. We asked if it was ok to give us one for our baby, it was 9 am, the baby had to take a nap and eat. They said no, ARVIN wanted 10 am.
So we come back at 10. Apparently he changed his mind, and gave them out at 930.
This unreliable inconsistency from a person who holds too much power is pathetic.

Margaret is amazing!! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile. She has a very positive energy and is very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely shop at Lowe’s again. **Very Disappointed With My Experience — But Shoutout to Victor**
I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s on University Drive. The store felt extremely disorganized, and unfortunately, my interactions with Margaret at the returns desk and Kelsa, the evening manager, made the experience even more frustrating.
Margaret was rude, and I did not feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. Kelsa, the evening manager, was also rude. As a manager, I expected her to listen to the situation and help resolve the issue rather than accuse me of having the missing items. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
However, I do want to recognize Victor, an employee at the store, who went above and beyond to try to help me with my purchase. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to ensure that I was taken care of. His customer service was greatly appreciated and demonstrated what good service should look like.
I hope Lowe’s management takes these concerns seriously and recognizes employees like Victor, who are doing their best to help customers. The store could definitely use some improvement when it comes to organization, communication, and customer service.

If I could rate A Minus ZERO I would!!!
This is an outfit that is all about themselves meaning corporate level all the way down to their employees! Uneducated no knowledge no care in What they’re doing.
Parent Purchased a washing machine - charge you for the items that are needed to install - but the funny thing is when they deliver your item they don’t even have the items that they need to install your merchandise and then want to come two days later because their busy abusing other peoples time and money! They could care less they don’t tell you what you need or even help you to the right people. They told my mom in her mid 80’s that she would have to go and purchase the hose that she needed after charging her for a hose that didn’t even work and not tell her what she needs!
How are you going to have a scheduled delivery and not have what you need! You think going to have a scheduled appointment with a patient or client and tell them oh I’m sorry I don’t have what you need to finish the job!
You all need to do better!!!
Freaking incompetent- no one wants to even help or direct you!! Definitely not getting my business ever again - not that it matters to them - what’s one customer - well I will make noise and continue to make noise and definitely will be spreading and speaking out on your diseased disgusting operation!!
Do better be more caring and selfless- what if this was your parent or grandparent.
