  Had to get a lift chair for my husband and after hours of research, I saw that La-Z-Boy had the best selection. Went to my local store and Annette Perez took care of me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all my questions. Found a chair that suited our needs and it was delivered 2 days later. Would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy for good quality product and service.

  The saleswoman made me feel such at ease so thorough. I barely had to ask any questions. She was right there before I could even ask the question. The designer was so delightful and so knowledgeable, and so willing, I can't say enough about how happy I am. And how the price was worked out on my behalf? I'm thrilled.I can't wait to get my furniture.It was a wonderful experience, and I went to at least six stores minimum to price sofa.Beds, and there was none that could compare to the quality, and the selection of fabric, which was a pivotal decision in my purchase.Thank you everybody at lazy boy HOWEVER.... WHEN DELIVERED, THE ARM WAS ALL PUCKERED. I HAD TO SEND IT BACK. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. AS FAR AS WHEN I WAS GOING TO GET A NEW DELIVERY, OR HOW THEY WERE GOING TO HANDLE IT, I ACTUALLY WOUND UP GOING TO THE STORE AND BEING TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO ONE I COULD TALK TO. AND TO MAKE A PHONE CALL, WHICH I DID, WHILE I WAS THERE IN THE STORE. FINALLY, THE INITIAL SALES ASSOCIATE FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD GIVE ME SOME IDEA. AND SHE ACTUALLY, AT THAT POINT, HAD TO REORDER THE SOFA AFTER HAVING WAITED TWO WEEKS AFTER THE RETURN AT MY HOME. WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. NOW, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER INITIATING A NEW ORDER, I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF TIMELINE. I WAS LOOKING AT BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A RUSH ON IT. BUT THE RUSH WASN'T EXACTLY ANY MORE OF A HELP BECAUSE IT WAS STILL A SIX WEEK OUT DELIVERY. SO I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN DOING BUSINESS THAT I EXPECTED WITH A NAME LIKE LAZY BOY WOULD HAVE SOMETHING BETTER GOING ON
