The cashier, Gladys Maria, turned around and asked another worker (looked like the other lady could be a manager). She was told “no!” Then, Gladys Maria laughed and told the other worker/manager “I didn’t even understand her in Spanish!” I speak perfect Spanish and English! Why did she have to be so rude? It was my first time at a Hobby Lobby and it will definitely be my last! I am a teacher and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated today at this Hobby Lobby! She is lucky that I was with my daughter because I was ready to respond to her in a not so positive way. If you want to be treated with professionalism and respect, do not visit this location in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Horrible customer service!

Rest assured that if you asked anyone they just say (and I quote) it's over there. We just walk out. Customer service is imperative if you plan to stay open. Sorry not a good comment for this establishment. It is what it is. Terrible
- JOJaime OwnbyJul 13, 20261.0Love this place, but the fact they don’t have Apple Pay and also can’t type in a credit card number and CVV is beyond me! You can only pay with a physical card or cash. Around here, no other store is like that. After trying several ways to grab cash before they closed and living too far away to go home to grab my card, they were nice enough to let me leave my items in a cart with my name and phone number on it to pick up the next business day. That was Saturday night and they’re closed Sunday. When I called on my way to the store on Monday to pay for my items (which included custom cut mats and had already been wrung up and had a receipt) they told me they put all the items back. No call to ask if I was planning to come in or not. They missed out on $240. What a terrible business practice. Do they really think I’m going to have the same excited feelings to go back in there and re-shop for everything that I spent 2.5 hrs picking out on Sat night? Nope. I’m boycotting the store until I can’t resist the urge to go back there again. I miss my happy place already. God damn though- get some sense and update your payment systems! And don’t ask for a phone number if you aren’t going to use it. #soannoyed
