  I had a wonderful experience at the Pembroke Pines location thanks to Mr. Jason Baker. He was incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout the entire process. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted and he took the time to truly understand my needs and guide me toward the best match for me instead of simply trying to make a sale. Mr. Baker made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free and I truly appreciate the care and attention he gave me from start to finish. Thank you again Mr. Baker for your outstanding service! I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Pembroke Pines store or the Aventura location as well.

  Baker is a wonderful salesman. He never pressured me and never took me outside of my budget. I bought a mattress that was too soft for my needs (I have a herniated L5 and S1 among other spinal issues). Baker was able to pull some strings and let me swap my mattress for a more supportive one before the mandatory 30 day requirement. I was beyond thrilled and more appreciative than he’ll ever know. Thank you, Baker for making magic happen!

  Diana was absolutely exceptional! She helped me purchase a pillow and made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. She took the time to ask if I had any neck problems or other issues so she could help me find the perfect fit for my needs. What I thought was going to be a stressful and painful process turned into such an easy and pleasant experience because of her knowledge, patience, and kindness.   Jovani Burke was really nice and had excellent customer service. He walked me through the mattresses and was knowledgeable on them. He also made the experience more friendly and trying to help me figure out what I needed rather than just selling me the most expensive things they could offer.
