  We came to City Mattress and had such a great experience with Jovani, our salesperson! He was extremely helpful and took his time with us, making sure we chose the right mattresses and pillows based on our individual needs. We ended up purchasing mattresses, pillows, a headboard, and a bed frame, and we’re so happy with everything! Thank you, Jovani, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!

  I just recently bought a sleep sofa with Diana De Biase. She was very helpful in helping me select the right sofa for my new home. Thank you so much Diana. I am planning to purchase a mattress in the future and will definitely come back to City Mattress at this location.

  Diana was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect Serta mattress. I never felt pressured or rushed, and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’m so happy with my purchase and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely ask for Diana — highly recommend her!

  Awesome customer service, as soon as i walked in, my wife and I were greeted by Diana. She spent time explaining and showing us all the mattress options based on our needs. Her product knowledge was extensive and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our descision. We chose the Airloom streamline luxury firm and we are super happy. I highly recommend!

  "Before walking in, I'd researched City Mattress online — including asking AI for recommendations — and it recommended that I ask for Diana. Usually you have to take AI advice with a grain of salt since it can get things wrong, but this time it was completely right. A salesperson approached me on the floor, and after we talked for a bit she introduced herself as Diana — the very person I'd been told to seek out. When I told her AI had specifically pointed me toward her, she was pleasantly surprised — she said people often mention her because of reviews, but never because an AI told them to. From there she was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, with zero pressure or aggressive sales tactics. She had me try several mattresses — Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt, Aireloom, Stearns & Foster — and genuinely listened before I landed on the PranaSleep Asha Luxe. If you're shopping for a mattress in Pembroke Pines, ask for Diana. Highly recommend."
