Just moved in yesterday. The place is meticulously cleaned and absolutely pristine, Ann was extremely helpful and professional, I hope they take good care of her as good employees are NOT easy to come by in South Florida. When I say this place is clean, I mean there's not a single smudge on the glass, and not 1 speck of dust on the floor. When I opened my unit, there was a lock inside and I needed nothing at all from anyone. My unit looked brand new like I was the very first person in there. Thank you Ann for all the help and not just good, but AMAZING customer service and keeping the place so perfect!
There is no Bluetooth access at this location, but Ann said they will hopefully have it by the end of 2026, so right now you have to enter a long code into a checkpoint at 3 separate places to enter. It’s very secure and there was no one living in their unit, which is more common than you think in Miami. The AC was adequate, probably around 75 or 76 degrees. There were 4 carts available, and 5 total, so you don’t need to fight for carts here. So far a great experience. I can’t comment if they play the rate raise game after a few months or not, but if my rate gets doubled in a few months, I'll come back to update this review and the rating for sure, as too many other companies play the ol' double the rate after 6 months game. So far, this is a top notch place, with highly capable support staff, and I highly recommend getting a unit here.

The whole experience to me, was a very easy. To move in was also a very easy process, although they should have more carts available at that specific location, parking was also a little bit of a hassle, but at the end all worked out. As far as, customer service, to me it was outstanding! Lee, Ann and Anthony were very professional and very helpful. I appreciate their kindness. Well, I truly hope I can stay with Extra Space Storage for a while, and they can continue providing good service and affordable monthly rate. Thank you.

I visited three different Extra Space Storage locations, and the 3187 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. location was by far the best choice. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and all of the units are climate-controlled.
I feel completely comfortable storing my belongings here because the property is very secure, and I don't have to worry about rodents, critters, or flooding.
One thing I really appreciated was the convenience of the online rental process. If you prefer, you can complete everything online at your own pace without having to meet with anyone. That's the route I took, and it was quick and easy. Whenever I had a question, I simply reached out to Ann or Anthony, and they were always friendly, professional, and happy to help.
Ann and Anthony made the entire experience stress-free with their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility.
