40 bags of mulch left at my neighborhood gate. If I had wanted to lift all those bags myself, I would have gone to Lowes, not order them for delivery! Your Postmates nonsense partnership has me doing 7 trips alone with bags I can barely lift after the first trip. The delivery driver didn’t call the gate and just left them all at the entrance of my neighborhood to pick up. It doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s horrible especially in the dead of summer!!! The day before the staff at Lowe’s loaded 20 bags of the wrong mulch so I had to order 40 more to finish covering my front lawn. I still have my backyard to get done and I just want to faint. The drivers should have the cell number for things like this. The app is a failure and the drivers don’t care.

Not even sure where to begin. It was about 6weeks ago the first unpleasant interaction. We always do well, unless we need help or questions. We order and paid for our products, with pick up next day as we needed the 4x8s cut. Don't get me wrong, friendly for the most part. Carol was amazing. The gentleman that helped us first was nice as well, just misspoke to the wrong person. We may be 64 and 73 yo. However, not stupid. Then the young man who cut AFTER I was told to call after 8-9 am and tell fulfillment person how you want them cut. I did, and said we'd pick after 530p. Great, [except] the chair rail trim wasn't available. Its fine, they refunded us the money, good, no issues, here's my shocked face as the boards were not cut. Had to wait. This young man pushed us over the edge and we are done spending our money at this location. He informed us that it was a courtesy, that they do not cut boards for people. Oh yeah? Why did they let me order them then? Carol it was a pleasure speaking with you 😀.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
