We Just bought our new house and moved in last week. We called to let them know we just moved in and get a quote to continue their cleaning services. We havent yet decided if we want to continue services and are currently shopping around. They informed us that we are paid for scheduled service for our address until the end of the month but did not indicate when or what day they would arrive. I assumed I would get a knock at my door when they showed but, today I went to walk out my back door to find the pool tech cleaning my pool. Unannounced. I dont know if this was an acceptable arrangement with the prior owners but, I'm thankful my rottweiler was inside when he entered my 6ft wood fence into my backyard without permission. He could have been lunch. The tech informed me he was a day behind schedule and couldn't do a full cleaning today which makes me wonder what exactly the point of paying for their service is if he can't do the job hes paid to do... Not to mention, the pool is now gurgling.. and I got no instructions or information or even an introdution, he just left the same way he showed up..unannounced.. not sure they will continue to get our business...
FOLLOW UP..
The pool tech never did come back to do a "proper cleaning".

My wife spoke to Leon for service on and explained that we needed a pool cleaning, chemical and setup as well as look at our vacuum robot that wasn't working. This was for a new house we just purchased. The day of the service I came home and the pool still had debris in it and the broken robot vacuum was in the pool. The salt water converter was not functioning and later inspection found that the cable was unplugged form the unit. Once the unit turned on it indicated a low salt warning which shows they did not add any chemicals. I called multiple times and talked to Mike and he explained that he didn't have any documentation as to what the bill would be. Once we got the bill I called to complain and never received a call back until about 4 months later. I explained the situation and he immediately called me a liar and said he knew what we ordered and had his best guy out there to vacuum the pool and said he wasn't even sure why we called them out that there was nothing to do. He continued to yell on the phone and threatened to report us to a credit bureau. I went to the physical store and paid the $68.75 they insisted on for just showing up and doing none of the work that was ordered to avoid any credit problems. I've never had this experience from a company before in my life. If I could rate negative stars I would.

This company should no longer be in business. The tech who came to do service on our pool was always polite and professional. The owners of the business, however, not so much. RUDE and unprofessional just doesn't get it in this town. Given enough time, I'm certain word will get around and their business will definitely suffer.
