  After a mix-up in my monthly billing - I went in to speak with the on-site manager in PCB location, Breanna, what a wonderful, customer service oriented person she is - she took down the info looked up my account and immediately saw the issue and corrected it and said her manager needed to ok everything and call me back once it was done. I couldn’t believe it - she actually did call me!!! No wondering if I was going to have to call her or go there again - she just did what she said she would - how refreshing is that these days - 5 stars Breanna!!

  Breanna has worked very hard to turn this place around recently as previous management, facility issues, and always broken entry/exit doors were becoming unbearable. The drive-thru automated roll-up exit door was literally left broken for nearly a year and the owner had signed a repair contract with a contractor who didn't even have a license to purchase the brand of door parts that were needed to do the repair, yet they stayed in a contract that exceeded the performance deadline for additional months until the contractor finally got certified to do business with the door manufacturer. Seeing as the exit door was left broken/open, they left the front door open 24/7 also with no security or climate control for the initial units. Literally one week after the exit door finally got repaired, the front door springs rusted through and broke as well from not being maintained. It was a mess. I honestly can't believe I'm giving them a positive review except Breanna's really turning the place around and it's a night and day difference. If you left before... it's worth considering coming back under the new site supervision and new support of upper management to keep the facility in good repair, new carts, and more. That's an honest review you can bank on... Fair rates as well... check 'em out.

  Storage spaces are clean and climate controlled. Office staff has always been very helpful. Only negative I have is that the corporate office will randomly send you notices of a rent change (mine was doubled) regardless of when you sign your contract. This is not a great way to do business. However, I called the local office and the person in the office was able to get this resolved for me. I’m very appreciative of her.

  I got a great deal on a unit and was able to move stuff in same day! I did not meet anyone face to face when I started putting things in my unit (like my $700 TV.) The next morning we got a call letting us know that our unit was not locked correctly. We really appreciate the employees diligence AND hospitality! The whole facility is super clean! Thank you again for making this stressful move MUCH easier!

  Great experience today at Extra Space in Panama City Beach. Breanna was on duty and came and greeted me at the door. Listened to my needs and offered a perfect solution. She personally walked me to the new space, and it was perfect for what I needed. The facility was super clean, smelled great, and the customer service and efficiency of the whole visit made me feel good about doing business with this company for a second time. Very professional.
