  Character shows most clearly not when things go smoothly, but in how challenges are handled. The construction of my pool in Lakewood Ranch came with its share of obstacles—some within Trusted Pool’s control and some beyond it. What stood out was how the company responded. President Bill Gary became personally involved and ensured that the final result met my expectations. Where others might have stepped away, Trusted Pool stayed committed and saw the project through. I would confidently recommend Trusted Pool to anyone seeking a high-quality pool, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again on a future project.

  I had John as my construction manager, and Shawn as my start up tech. Both did a great job and answered the phone or called me back right away when I had questions. The other thing that was really impressive was I had a couple concerns like I wanted our baby gate a certain way and they were very accommodating. I never had to fight for things to get done a certain way. They are more of a let us figure out how to do that for you type of company which I really appreciated. The customer service here is very solid. No issues with my pool so easy 5 stars from me. I got to talk with Austin whose family owns the company and you can tell they care about their reputation and want to do a great job for everyone.

  We’re extremely grateful to Chris and Trusted Pool & Spa for the excellent job they did correcting serious issues left behind by our original pool builder. From the beginning, they professional, honest, and detail-oriented. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth and positive experience, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their workmanship and commitment to quality were clear every step of the way, and the final result is beautiful. It’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way and standing behind their work. They even went so far as to schedule and complete our final inspection so after 2+ years we are finally able to close our pool permit! I couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Braden. He always let me know when they were coming, what exactly they were going to be doing! We truly appreciate his hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality pool company.

  Very great experience with Trusted Pools and Spa John Fisher and Shawn both are very professional and answered all questions and guided thru the whole process. Highly recommend them.

  Love this company! Got several quotes and this was the most reasonable. Tyler was very accommodating, responding quickly to all my texts or calls. Highly recommend these guys!
