  We recently used Trusted Pool and Spa for a pool resurfacing project and installation of new pool equipment, and our experience has been excellent. Their pricing was competitive, and they took the time to answer all of our questions before, during, and even after the project was completed. They have also come out multiple times to review and explain the equipment, which we truly appreciated. The team was professional, responsive, and once work began, they completed everything quickly and efficiently. Kudos to the entire team! Zach and Tyler have been wonderful to work with, and Chris, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and has built a fantastic team. We highly recommend Trusted Pool and Spa!

  We worked with Chris and Tyler for a pool and patio remodel. It is almost impossible to find genuinely honest and communicative people down here to work and this company is a total gem. They really went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be more thrilled with both the outcome and the entire process. Would absolutely recommend.

  Our pool was a complete mess and eye sore and it was our dream to have it remodled. Trusted Pools was able to make that dream a reality. From start to finish everything was great. Chris and Tyler are great to work with and made the whole process super easy. Tyler the remodle supervisor is the best. He kept me updated throughout the remodle, was always quick to respond with any concerns. SERIOUSLY like one of the best people I've worked with in any industry. If you are looking for a great and responsive company Trusted pools is the one to go with. I work in the pool industry and have seen and heard all the horror stories of pool remodles gone bad and they are definatly not that. Trusted Pools was great and I would recomend them to anyone!

  We have been extremely pleased with our pool and spa built by Trusted. From start to finish, the entire team was thorough, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy every step of the way. John was wonderful to work with. He guided the project from the beginning and remained committed throughout the entire process, making sure everything was done right. Once construction was completed, Shawn stepped in and was exceptionally attentive to every question and concern we had. He made us feel like a priority, always responding promptly and ensuring that every detail was addressed. His hard work, dedication, and kindness did not go unnoticed. Shawn is a tremendous asset to the company, and Trusted is fortunate to have him on their team. We highly recommend Trusted to anyone considering a pool or spa project.

  We couldn't be happier with our new pool and the entire experience from start to finish. Project Manager John did an outstanding job overseeing the project, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated how attentive he was to our concerns regarding the close proximity of our neighbors' yards. John took the time to address every concern thoughtfully and ensured the work was completed with care and consideration for the surrounding properties. A special thank you to pool crew Shawn, Tyler, and Andrew for their exceptional work and dedication. All three were knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking, and always willing to answer our questions. Shawn and Tyler especially went above and beyond throughout the project, taking the time to address our concerns, explain the process, and make sure everything was done right. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly stood out. Andrew was also a valuable part of the team and helped ensure the project was completed to the highest standards. Another aspect that impressed us was the sub contracting crew's attention to cleanup. At the end of each workday, they took great care to leave the area neat and organized, which was especially important given the proximity of neighboring properties. Their respect for our home and our neighbors did not go unnoticed. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the beautiful pool they built for us. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service shown by everyone involved are reflected in the finished product. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and skilled pool construction team.
