Just wanted to acknowledge what a great experience we had using Trusted Pools. From Ian to Brad to Sage to Andrew they were all helpful and responsive to our texts and questions. Everything seemed to move smoothly in a timely fashion and according to plan. We love our pool and would highly recommend them!

We are so thrilled with our experience working with Trusted Pool to build our very first pool! The entire team made what could have been an overwhelming process smooth and stress-free. ---John (Site Manager): John was exceptionally thorough throughout every stage of construction. He conducted on-site inspections after each milestone was completed. At one point, he noticed the supplier had sent the wrong pavers and caught the error immediately—saving us from a huge installation mistake. ---Chris (Engineer): Chris was incredibly diligent, professional, and dedicated to making sure everything was built to the highest standard. ----Shawn (Post-Fill Customer Service): Shawn is hands down the most patient, hardworking, and attentive representative I have ever met. He provided us with a comprehensive training session on how to operate our pool equipment and took the time to answer all our questions. His dedication is unmatched—he even stopped by after 6:00 PM one evening to service our pool! ----Jackie (Office Staff): Jackie was wonderful to work with, keeping communication clear and everything running smoothly behind the scenes. ----Chase (Weekly Maintenance Technician): Chase now handles our weekly maintenance. He is super quiet, polite, and thorough. After every visit, he sends us clear photos along with our water chemistry test results. Special thanks to the electrician who installed our pool lights as well—I forgot his name, but one of the lights was particularly tricky to fit. He was persistent, found a smart solution, and got it installed perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our new pool and highly recommend Trusted Pool to anyone looking to build their dream backyard!

We had our pool built a few years ago by Trusted Pools on a new build home! They were efficient and timely with promised completion dates! However, I must say the part I have been most impressed with is Braden, Derick, and Shawn in their service/warranty department! It is EASY for a pool company to walk away once your pool is completed, but the service, helping, and warranty items were the part that has impressed me the most! As we look to downsize our home in the next few years, we will definitely be using Trusted Pools again and have always recommended them to anyone who has asked! Appreciate you all!
