10/10! Pelican Pools exceeded our expectations from beginning to end! I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pelican Pools. From the very beginning, their patience and detailed explanations throughout the sales process made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. Communication leading up to the installation was fantastic, and they were even able to move our delivery date up and get us in a little sooner, which was an unexpected bonus we really appreciated! The installation crew deserves a review of their own. I have hired many contractors for many different projects over the years, and this was hands down the best crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Seamless. They installed our pool in the middle of a hot Florida summer, yet they arrived on time every single day, exactly when they said they would. They worked consistently until their scheduled lunch break and then got right back to it in the afternoon until well into the evening. Every single person on the crew was kind, courteous, hardworking, and treated our home and property with an incredible amount of respect and care. One small thing really sums up the kind of people they are. On trash days, they noticed our bins at the street and brought them back up to the house for us. Obviously, that had absolutely nothing to do with installing our pool. They simply saw something that needed to be done while they were walking by and took care of it. It may seem like a small thing, but I think it says so much about the kind of people they have working for them and the business that they run. And most importantly, THE POOL IS FANTASTIC! The workmanship and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The finished product is beautiful and the quality of their work shows everywhere you look. Pelican Pools showed their professionalism, quality, and genuine care at every step of the process. From sales and scheduling to the incredible installation crew, we had a fantastic experience. I will recommend Pelican Pools to absolutely anyone who will listen. If you are considering a pool, give them a call!

Dillon came out to examine our property, he was very professional and explained what would and would not work with our property. He was also honest and upfront about everything that’s involved in putting in a pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pelican Pools! From start to finish, they did a fabulous job. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. They took care of every detail and made the entire process so easy and stress-free for us. We couldn’t be happier with the finished pool and the experience we had with Pelican Pools. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a pool installed!

We’re so glad we chose Pelican Pools for our pool. Being a family-owned business really showed in the way everyone seemed to be on the same page when it came to quality, workmanship and staying on schedule and on budget. I had heard so many construction-project horror stories, so I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. We were guided through every step, and there was clearly a lot of attention to detail. It was the many little things I hadn’t thought about that ended up making the biggest difference. We’re really happy with the result and are enjoying our new pool. Thanks, Pelican Pools!

Highly recommend using Pelican Pools! They communicated well with us. Absolutely no hidden costs!! Not a question went unanswered. The only delay was getting through all the city inspections and the minor things that needed to be corrected, but they handled it all for us. Inspections took longer than the actual build. We never felt like a bother when we had a concern or more questions. First day until the final inspection took 10 weeks.
