    I definitely don't recommend this Lowe's when purchasing an appliance such as a dishwasher. I recently purchase a dishwasher along with the installation & parts for my mom as a mother's day gift and now deeply regret doing it. I haven't been contacted by the lowe's or the installer as to the status of my order and in fact when I checked through the Lowe's website, I was informed that they couldn't find my order. I then called the Lowe's 1-800 number and of course had to deal with the Lowe's AI customer service representative that informed me that I have to go to the Lowe's store to picked up the installation parts and there is no status on my dishwasher or installation. I can't say enough how much I regret buying from Lowe's. I previously purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot along with the installation and had a great experience, and figured that it would be the same with Lowe's. I only went with Lowe's because of the sale for the particular dishwasher model that I wanted. My advice based on my experience is DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES'S.

    I was very disappointed in Lowe's today. We went in to look at a storm door. No help around. When we asked a sales person he said oh someone should be at the desk. No one around. When we finally got help the presin didn't really know much and couldn't answer our questions. It seems as though there is no more customer service anymore. I will think twice before I go back there.

    Bobby over in hardware was very helpful as I needed two pieces of glass cut for picture frames. Lowe’s didn’t have stock on regular glass so he was able to find some scrap plexi glass that he cut to fit perfectly. The price was very reasonable and I walked out with not only a solution, but upgraded picture protection. Bobby is exceptional as most employees wouldn’t have thought outside of the box and suggested plexi glass as a replacement. It took a fair amount of time and trouble for him to measure, cut and make sure those pieces fit the frames before I left the store. Outstanding effort to impress a customer. My gratitude to Bobby for his help, I’ll be back! Brady Fennell

    This has been such a disaster trying to received what I purchased. On April 9th I purchased a LG washer and dry set along with the connections to each. I received a confirmation that the items would be delivered 4/16/26. The problem is the day of delivery someone called at 7am and states that " washer machine is damaged so we wont be able to deliver today, will set up for tomorrow 4/17/26." That was cool with me. I received a call the next day saying that they would deliver items between 11am-3pm. RXO delivery shows up at 1105 am with just a washing machine and not the dryer. So at this point I am frustrated because the delivery guy says " we only have the washer machine." I said to him nope this is supposed to be a washer and dryer. He then calls the supervisor of RXO and she then tells me that the dryer was damage not the washer machine and someone would get back to me in regard to the dryer. Well no one called me by 4pm so I called them back. Lowes customer service apologizes for the mix up and stated that they have that the washer was damaged and that they delivered the dryer on 4/16/26. I wanted to scream. I then tell her that I did not receive the dryer and that this whole situation is so frustrating that I want to just send the washer back and purchase elsewhere. She then tells me that she did not want any further issues that she would have them send the dryer and swapped out the washer machine. 4/18/26 0800 comes and RXO delivery is here with the dryer, and is asking to see the area where it would be installed. I show him and then he says to me " where is the other dryer?" I said to him sir they never delivered it, matter of fact they were supposed to bring another washer with the dryer and take this one back because they were unsure if the washer was the one that was damaged. He then calls the RXO supervisor who is reading through the notes and I tell her the back and forth with Lowes customer service call center. The communication is awful! At the end of the day the only thing I was satisfied with was RXO delivery they were a 10/10. Lowes customer service was 2/10. Never again.
