We are moving out of our house in 2 days and when I went to the storage place that we originally booked they informed us that they gave our unit to someone else because of over booking. Fast fwd. I remembered that my boss has a storage unit with Extra Space Storage so I called them and spoke to Bart. He was more than happy to assist us. I went to see him and he showed us the units that were available. We are now ready to have our things moved in 2 days. From start to finish Bart helped with every aspect of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and made us feel like we were dealing with a longtime friend. I would give a 10 star review if possible. Thank Bart!!

Bart was very helpful and informative. We were looking at several places, but he helped us with questions and showed us a couple of options without being pushy or salesy. We signed up for a six month rental of a 10x20 and have already started using it. I would highly recommend, not just because of its excellent location, but mainly because of the wonderful customer service we received from Bart.

I chose Extra Space Storage because they are located so close to where I live and their great pricing deals. I met with Bart, the manager of the 22 Commerce Drive, Palm Coast, FL, and he made time to show me around their facility while explaining their protocol for daily operations. He provided me with my access number and the number for my unit on his business card. He even had me enter the number to make sure it worked and I could get in. I found the facility was spotless and they provide carts for transporting your items to and from your vehicle. Everything was clean and operational. I found that Bart was serious about taking care of his facility. That , and the great pricing, sealed the deal for me. If you're looking for a storage facility in Palm Coast, FL, I recommend calling these folks. Ask for Bart!

Great experience with this storage facility. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Bart and Nick were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a well-kept property. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others.
