  I ordered both a living room suite and a bedroom suite from Aaron’s while downsizing to a smaller apartment, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. Communication was one of the biggest issues. I was working with a sales representative, Ashley, who initially communicated by text, but then would stop responding without explanation. Because of those delays, I missed out on sale pricing that was advertised on the website. I spoke with a manager who assured me he would make it right, but I never heard back. The delivery experience made things even worse. I understand that delivering to a third-floor apartment can be challenging, but the way one delivery team member spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do want to recognize Justin, the second delivery associate. He was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic for how I had been treated. His customer service was excellent. He helped restore a bit of trust along with Vic. Overall this was a stressful and frustrating experience. Good customer service starts with clear communication, honoring commitments, and treating customers with respect. If you can go elsewhere, my suggestion would be to do just that!

  Bought a couch and loveseat from this store. Upon delivery of the furniture when the delivery person opened the box the main couch was broken when he called the store the simply said I wouldn’t have to make the last payment. I was fine with that. I was given a letter from the manager at the time. About a month later the Handel had broken to recline the couches foot rest. I was then told that Gerard the repair guy lives in Tampa and was going out of the country so they were not sure when he would be able to fix it. Why couldn’t Arron’s find a local repair man instead of someone who lives 3 and a half hours away. Doesn’t make sense. The couch was eventually fixed. Now the other side of the couch recliner is broke. Haven’t heard from Gerard in over 6 weeks to make needed repairs. Now Arron’s has a hole new staff. On May 13 2026 I went in to make the second to last payment. Was told I’d get the ownership paperwork. Never got it. I was then told on the same day I’d get it personally from the GM of the store here it is May 16 2026 still haven’t gotten ownership paperwork. That being said I payed $4878.96 for some furniture that is cheaply made not saying Arron’s made it. I’m saying I payed almost $5000 for furniture that is worth $500. I feel like this is price gouging. I’ll give examples why because I have photos that I will be posting along with this review. I made a call to corporate and was told a gentleman by the name of William called but I have no voicemail message from this fictitious person. I have an iPhone so it tells me if someone leaves a message and prints out said message. So some of these pictures I’m going to post are over priced items I’ll explain. First 2 picture are of gaming laptops that you can get from Walmart for $1000 they have over $4000 prices on them. The other 3 pictures are of a broken dresser that they are reselling for over $1000. I do expect a prompt and timely response to this review.

  I LOVED my experience with Aaron’s! Yolanda was an amazing sales rep! Calling me to make sure I knew about the June deal, getting me all set up and finding the couch I want at such a great price! And don’t get me started on the delivery! Here I am thinking I’ll have an awkward delivery with guys, but I get Meredith and Yolanda! These girls are some hard workers! They knew I needed my couch today and they made it their personal mission to deliver my couch set to me! And boy did we have some laughs! They made me feel so comfortable valued and important, I 10000% recommend seeing these ladies at Aaron’s for your home good needs!
