  Bought a couch and loveseat from this store. Upon delivery of the furniture when the delivery person opened the box the main couch was broken when he called the store the simply said I wouldn’t have to make the last payment. I was fine with that. I was given a letter from the manager at the time. About a month later the Handel had broken to recline the couches foot rest. I was then told that Gerard the repair guy lives in Tampa and was going out of the country so they were not sure when he would be able to fix it. Why couldn’t Arron’s find a local repair man instead of someone who lives 3 and a half hours away. Doesn’t make sense. The couch was eventually fixed. Now the other side of the couch recliner is broke. Haven’t heard from Gerard in over 6 weeks to make needed repairs. Now Arron’s has a hole new staff. On May 13 2026 I went in to make the second to last payment. Was told I’d get the ownership paperwork. Never got it. I was then told on the same day I’d get it personally from the GM of the store here it is May 16 2026 still haven’t gotten ownership paperwork. That being said I payed $4878.96 for some furniture that is cheaply made not saying Arron’s made it. I’m saying I payed almost $5000 for furniture that is worth $500. I feel like this is price gouging. I’ll give examples why because I have photos that I will be posting along with this review. I made a call to corporate and was told a gentleman by the name of William called but I have no voicemail message from this fictitious person. I have an iPhone so it tells me if someone leaves a message and prints out said message. So some of these pictures I’m going to post are over priced items I’ll explain. First 2 picture are of gaming laptops that you can get from Walmart for $1000 they have over $4000 prices on them. The other 3 pictures are of a broken dresser that they are reselling for over $1000. I do expect a prompt and timely response to this review.

  When we go in to purchase( cash )for a couch and two beds everyone was very friendly however we was there for a long time . The lady working the front I don’t know if she was new or what but I kept asking for prices of the beds we wanted and I kept getting the run around. Then she kept mixing up the sizes of the beds/ mattress/ box springs sizes, then I plainly said I just wanted the beds nothing else like dressers and I was given a quote that included all of it i again had to repeat I did not want all of that. I was also told they was sending someone that day to get the couch from Daytona and would deliver that afternoon. I waited and called back to find out we wouldn’t get it til the next day. They came but didn’t have the trundle to the bed nor the box spring / mattress for the beds. They pull the couch off and it’s broken ( brand new) I was told they ordered that part of the section and it would be in Thursday. The deliver guys was nice but had to make a lot of trips because stuff kept being left off. The mattress was never put on my ticket that I asked for so it wasn’t brought again. They call and then bring it out didn't charge me for it but I told them I needed a mattress to fit the trundle and I’m given this huge mattress that won’t even fit it took 4 people to try and pull the trundle out bc the mattress is to big. I called today to see if the other part of my sectional came in and they had no idea I have to wait to speak to mike in the morning. This has been beyond stressful trying to get furniture. Maybe additional training and communication would help.

  We received excellent service and always buy our items from Aaron's. My parents have bought all their furniture their over the years and Mike Van Huesen has always exceeded all expectations and helped our family find the perfect furniture and price that we need!!!! Carla

  Been dealing with these guys for years. I Won’t use another rent to own store. They are straight up about their prices, no surprises, and the products are good quality. Mike and the staff are great!
