  Our salesperson Lailani was wonderful and so helpful. Hopefully the delivery will be just as wonderful. The rest of the staff were great also .

  I haven’t purchased a new piece of furniture in quite a few years but recently bought a rocking recliner from Palm Beach Gardens La-Z-Boy. Many manufacturers have lessened the quality of their products over the years but I’m hopeful my new chair doesn’t fit that bill and will stay in good condition for the rest of my life since it’s so comfy. My stellar shopping experience at the Palm Beach Garden’s store was on a Saturday and during a sale but I was able to select the salesperson I wanted. And Nancy was terrific. She is totally knowledgeable about everything, including things I wouldn’t have thought to ask her about. Nancy took exceptionally good care of me. As I was completing my purchase I had a question that concerned a store policy. Because of that I worked closely with Nancy along with the store manager, Nicole. Nicole spent quite a bit of time over the new few days to ensure my purchase went smoothly for which I am very grateful.

  I drove from Boca Raton to this store, and I have to say that I had a great experience. Nancy and Nicole, the store manager, were fantastic in helping me find the right rocking recliner for my needs. When I returned to place my order, I was still undecided between two models, and Nicole encouraged me to try each one for as long as I needed. She was incredibly patient in showing me different fabric colors and textures until I found the perfect match for the palette I wanted, while keeping the recliner cozy and durable. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options, upgrades, and other details about custom orders without ever making me feel rushed. So far, I'm very pleased with my experience at this LZB location

  Ok. I did not want to leave a review but I have received a text three times to do so. First, let me say I am very pleased with the help Patrick, the store manager in West palm has provided but his hands have been tied from the beginning. In May I ordered an electric couch all three pieces. Two weeks ago I was told the pieces were in, we scheduled delivery and when we opened the boxes one of the pieces was a different color. After a week of Patrick’s persistence he found out the piece was sent to Indiana. Unfortunately due to the distance the warehouse is saying they can not ship the piece to florida so my only recourse is to order a new piece. Sad, sad sorry all around folks. The only reason I am giving 3 stars did for all the customer support I received locally.
