- BHB HSep 17, 20261.0I had received a email on all great clearance they had on sale . Drove over a hour away. Got there could not find any clearance like email. You can't ever ask a employee, because you never see any in the store. The manager must just sit in a office someplace. I wanted some Halloween blow ups but could not find them on shelf. I was going leave but found some cute small face pumpkins. I went in line with only one cashier. Line went slow and was ready to leave. One lady had entire shopping cart of refunds. Finally another cashier showed up. Next customer was odd she had refunds in her basket mixed with new stuff without bags and no receipt. What customer does that. The end cashier Reese called me to register. I got close to register and yells at me I didn't call you. I said you waved and yelled come over. No I wanted her help me the cashier next to him. I walked away back and couple said damm they always rude here. He called you to register. Wow this is a big store, and has no customers. How they stay open. I said the company had closed stores, and this one was on chopping block but it stayed open. I said they have some items but pricey. To bad was going but some other items, but could not find them on shelf. I asked Reese 3 questions and just kept saying I don't know. Didn't ask anyone for help for me. They lost about $500 sale, because no help. Wanted stuff for work. They have some nice items, but prices are high. There is no customer service ever, so don't ask any questions.

When I drove up and saw how huge the store was, I swear it was like the feeling I had the first time I went to Disney World. I was READY! I honestly couldn't believe how much stuff they had. Every time I thought I had seen everything, there was another aisle... and another section... and something else I wanted. The selection is amazing, especially if you love home decor. I do think some of the regular prices could be a little better, but I found some really good deals in the sale and clearance sections, so I was happy! My only real complaint is that I don't live closer. If I did, I would probably be in there WAY more often than I have any business being. 😂 Definitely a new favorite!
