This has truly been the most AMAZING experience!!!! We could not be HAPPIER with our pool or with how the entire build process went!!! From start to finish, everything was absolutely TOP NOTCH, and once we broke ground, our pool was completed in just six weeks! The entire process was incredibly organized and very efficient. We started with Lou, our sales representative, and spent a few weeks working through the design. I made SEVERAL changes along the way 😂 and every single time, Lou was incredibly patient and helpful. He created a brand new rendering for us with every change and worked with us until we had the perfect pool design for our family and our yard. We truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us through that process. The customer service throughout the entire build was also exceptional. Amber in the office handled our permits and paperwork and was incredibly efficient and organized. Every crew that came out to our home was amazing, from the excavation crew and concrete pourers to the tile crew, pavers, electricians and plumbers. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and took pride in their work. They even helped us find someone to handle our irrigation and drainage, which was above and beyond. Tempool handled our plaster, and they were wonderful as well. They were so helpful when I decided to change our plaster color at the last minute. 😂 Side note: ADD THE ABALONE SHELL!!! You will thank me later! 😉 Chuck, the owner, came out to our house SEVERAL times to check on the project and was even hands on working on it himself. That level of involvement really says a lot about the company!!! And then there is Blake, our pool contractor and the absolute star of the show! This guy is seriously a GEM. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the pool construction process, gave us his personal cell number, answered every text and phone call promptly, and had some of the best communication skills we have experienced throughout a construction project. He also sent us weekly update emails, so we always knew exactly where we were in the process and what was happening next. We interviewed several pool builders before choosing Sunshine Pools, and I can honestly say we would choose them A MILLION TIMES OVER!!! From the design process to the construction, communication, workmanship and customer service, they exceeded our expectations at every step!!!! If you are considering putting in a pool...use SUNSHINE POOLS!!!! You will not regret it. They are truly the BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We started construction of an existing pool by ripping it out and digging additional space. Sunshine Pools was amazing in that they worked with us to avoid filling the hole with dirt only to have it removed again for the “new” pool footprint! Chuck saved us tons! Nick was incredible with the supply and aesthetic decisions. The honorable mention, however, goes to Blake whose sweat was shed far beyond the scope of the job. He was exceptional with the process during and after pool construction. Blake assisted with our ongoing home remodeling offering to clean up, dig trenches, bury fiber optic, dispose of concrete/fence panels/posts, and even helping with our large items of trash. Of note, we were never nickel-and-dimed and the pricing was always transparent and fair. The quality of the work done was near perfection. When something was not, Blake came out to fix it without hesitation. Blake and Nick are responsive, honest and hard working. Testament to Chuck and Sunshine Pools. We have an extraordinary pool, spa, and deck now! Thank you guys, truly. God Bless.

The entire team (Daryl, Nick, Blake, Lou and the rest of the team) at Sunshine Pools is terrific to work with in all aspects. They spent as much time as was needed from the first day to understand what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make it happen. From the plan development all the way through the completion of this large project, this team is professional, personable, talented all while being fairly priced and they stand by what they say and do! They communicate very well, hold their team accountable and work well with their top tier vendors. We are thrilled with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them for whatever pool and outdoor living projects you may have in mind.

Sunshine Pools of Orange Park was amazing from start to finish. We cannot thank each of you enough! The tradesman all worked so hard! My yard was left immaculate everyday. Our superintendent was awesome he answered all of our questions even on Sundays! Special thanks to Stephen and his wife. Blake and our happy plumber! In three months we had a beautiful finished water in pool! I waited 25 years for this! Warm weather can’t come soon enough for me!! Thank you all so so much! Jill and Kevin Thomas
