When I call or go make a payment in person if the owner, or Cheryl the manager isn’t there an employee can’t tell me my balance, or get into my account. Therefore, it makes it difficult to know anything about my account. I hope McKinnon will have a better system in the future soon. Best wishes , Theresa Oyler
- KLKyle LMay 28, 20265.0Cheryl is VERY helpful. Patient and informative. The showroom is very organized and clean. I wasn't approved for finance. However, Cheryl held the mattress for me. So I could come back,and pay for it ,in full. Which I did. When I came back, I was greeted by a nice gentleman. I didn't get his name, but he was very helpful and polite as well. Cheryl had everything set up for us, and my transaction went smoothly. The gentleman who work the warehouse loaded my mattress. It was wrapped in plastic , and in perfect condition. The prices are competitive and fair. They sell other pieces of furniture as well. I will definitely recommend this FAMILY OWNED business to my own family and friends. Thank you McKinnon.
