Disastrous customer service. Bought a $1,600 Bosch dishwasher from them. Within warranty the dishwasher has a major defect. Contacted Bosch, they totally blew me off. They were to send out a contractor to repair the appliance. First contractor never contacted me; left a message after about four days, he never contacted me.
Contacted Bosch again, (by phone and emails) they connected me with a second repairman, he totally blew me off. Never showed up and missed his appointment time by three hours...running into dinnertime.
No show, no apology.
Contacted Bosch again, and again, and again...got the major runaround. They finally told me they do not have service personnel for Interlachen Florida. Further they told me to return the dishwasher to Lowes. And check this out, they told me to get a different brand because they have no way to service Interlachen.
Wow.
They would issue an RMA. They never issued it.
Contacted Lowes and asked for help. Five phone calls. Spoke with Alandria. Asked for help because Bosch refuses to honor their warranty for the product I purchased from Lowes. She told me she would contact Bosch and get a resolution. She told me they sent her an RMA with no information. We agreed to wait a few days and see if Bosch addresses this issue..
No call back from her.
Contacted who I believe is a manager at Lowes, Scott. He told me either he or Alandria would get back to me in a couple of days.
Never happened.
Called back several times to speak with either Alandria, Scott, or store manager. Left a message, three of them. Was told that Alandria had a resolution and would call me back within an hour.
No call back...
Isn't this fascinating? A huge companies like Bosch and Lowes are unable to resolve a simple warranty issue.
You, the reader, you call the shot, if you live in Interlachen Fl or some other rural area, it might be of use to confirm that they can service your area. Cuz? A warranty is useless if they cannot service repair WITHIN the warranty.
Further note: it cost me $750 for the installation; and I purchased a three year extended warranty through Bosch.
Both Bosch an Lowes told me I would have to eat that expense...AND, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW DIFFERENT BRAND DISHWASHER...AND A NEW EXTENDED WARRANTY. Why? Because they have not issues and RMA for a credit.
THE PUNCHLINES:
$1,600 for the dishwasher,
$750 for installation,
$250 for the extended warranty
and now, I would have to pay for a new installation and a warranty.
This adventure to buy from TRUSTED VENDORS? Will cost me over two thousand dollars to address their customer service issue.
Cool or what (?>!)
I shall NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES OR BOSCH AGAIN.

I went in to exchange a dead gardenia plant that was purchased just two months ago. Lowe's explicitly advertises a 1-year plant guarantee on their perennials and shrubs, but their staff clearly has no training on their own corporate policies.
The first cashier flat-out admitted she had no idea how to process an exchange and just pawned me off on someone else. The second cashier was even worse—she tried to scam me by only refunding half the value while charging full price for the replacement. She claimed full refunds/exchanges are only valid within the first month. That is completely inaccurate and a direct violation of the 1-year warranty clearly printed on the plant's tag.
If this review platform allowed pictures, I would attach proof of the receipt and the tag showing the 1-year guarantee. Untrained cashiers, fake warranties, and awful customer service. This was the absolute last time I will ever step foot inside a Lowe’s. Avoid this place if you expect them to honor their word.

Was suppose to get a fridge delivered today june 6 2026, they had called me early 630-7am but i dont wake up till the afternoon...My wife was a alternate contact but they did not contact her....Now the delivery is rescheduled for Monday the 8th....We have been without a fridge for a week now and got screwed over by Homedepot first last week for similar problem and now Lowes.....Very upsetting and really did not expect this from Lowes. Very unprofessional!!!!
