Horrible place to purchase from. Literally will steal what you have delivered and blame you with lies. Nobody called EVER but they claim they do even when you prove they didn’t. They outsource delivery to a company they know steals from customers by lying and not delivering. I do not and would not ever recommend doing business with them.

I have been shopping at this Lowe's since 2014. In fact, so much of my home was purchased here that I was invited to join the Lowe's Loop program. I've intentionally chosen Lowe's over the orange competitor for years because of the people and the service. Employees like Jim in Paint, and John and Tom up front, have always made shopping here a pleasant experience, even the seeminly grumpy old lady in lumber whom has since retired. Unfortunately, today's experience left me extremely disappointed in this store.
On my way home from work, I arrived at 7:53 PM. Three other customers and I walked up to the entrance, but the automatic doors never opened. I stepped back and tried again, only to see the light turn red as if the store had already closed.
Lowe's, if your posted closing time is 8:00 PM, then customers should be allowed to enter until 8:00 PM. I understand employees want to get home on time, and some customers linger after closing, but that shouldn't prevent customers who arrive before the posted closing time from making a quick purchase. I wasn't there to browse. I simply needed another gallon of black deck paint that I had previously purchased so i could get an early start. Instead, I wasted the trip.
I've also noticed a decline in customer service recently. It's becoming more common to see employees standing around in groups talking while customers are left searching for assistance. Another recurring issue is managers parking their personal vehicles directly in front of the entrance at closing time, often blocking the lane while the fire lane is already crowded with plants, lawn mowers, and other merchandise, which I hope management will reviews also and give a serious consideration to, but I digress to the managers cars, It gives the impression that making a quick exit has become more important than serving customers.
Ironically, my home is currently for sale, so this likely would have been one of my last purchases from this store anyway. However, since our refrigerator has now stopped working, I'll be taking that business to the orange store instead.
It's unfortunate to end a 12-year relationship with Lowe's this way. One loyal customer lost!

I have recently purchased a stove from Lowe's and the lady that helped me told me that the power cord would be included with it.However, when it was delivered there was no cord included. We asked the people who delivered it and they said "No are not included." So this leaves us having to go find one and not having a stove to use and having to order food from a restaurant. Please have your employees know what comes with the appliances that you sell. Thank you.

I just had a question and someone said "let me get thru here and I will be with you". I waited for them then they walked away like I wasn't there. Other reps walked by and didn't even acknowledge me and my daughter. They just looked at us like we had covid or hanta virus because my daughter is disabled. Lowe's is the worst place for customer help.

I do not usually write reviews but, Valerie was so amazing that I had to write about her! Valerie was super knowledgeable and the most kind/friendliest person ever! She walked my and I through the process of purchasing a new washer and dryer. She asked questions that my wife and I had not even thought of. Valerie knew tons of information regarding all makes and models of washers and dryers. This was one my easiest, quickest, pain-free purchases ever. Valerie’s customer service is top notch. She should be the model for other associates to follow and train off of. I will definitely make all of my future Lowes purchases through Valerie!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
