Went there to rent a storage unit. The location on Pensacola and Brent. The entrance to it is on Murphy. Which is a homeless encampment!!! Had to drive through it getting eyeballed and talked about cause I didn't give them anything. Felt very threatened.

We rented an unit for 1 year. The price started to go up every few months and didn't include any A.C or additional service.💸
The worse part was when we started taking out all our belongings, there were died MICE everywhere (inside boxes and our matress) and some where still alive. We needed to chase the mice to take them out of the storage unit. 🐀🐀🐀
Additionally, there were MICE PEE and POOP inside the boxes and our matress. We needed to throw away many of our stuff due to this situation; and spending more money instead of saving using this place.
😡My husband tried to contact them and left many voice messages without any response.

This was hands down the worst storage facility experience I have ever had. It was extremely overpriced for the sizes of the storage units. Not to mention the facilities are filthy it seems like they hardly clean and half of the lights are constantly out. The lighting is extremely bad inside the units. I had an air conditioned inside unit and I had to use a flashlight every time I went into my storage unit to find something. I would shop around if you are thinking of coming to this place for storage services. The fees are incredibly high if you are late on a payment etc as well making things extremely difficult for people on a fixed budget or elderly on disability etc. The only good thing about this place was a very pleasant person that I dealt with named Maria, however the business itself unfortunately does not seem to care about its customers in my opinion. I have since moved my stuff to another storage facility across town that is far cheaper, well lit, and always smells like bananas or apple pie instead of mothballs and gasoline like extra space storage did. I could not be happier with my decision. Also by the way my unit is larger at the new facility and as I said cheaper.
