  Rebecca was the most helpful and cheerful person to work with? She walked us through plant selections and even called us back to come and get the plants we wanted when they arrived a week later. That’s customer service that’s hard to find nowadays. Thank you Rebecca!!!! Three thumbs up!!!!

  SO SO disappointed in Fairfield Farms. Was my go to place for over a decade. Classes were nice. They did great work when Alicia was there. Customer Service is non-existent now. Twice gave them info to help me with a pretty big job over the last 9 months. No response at all. Messaged them to follow up. NO RESPONSE. Oh well, their loss. Plenty more places to explore. They lost my respect and can't think how they could ever get it back now.

  My experience with Fairfield farm was excellent from start to finish. I went there to purchase landscaping rocks and plants. Fernando assisted me, he was very knowledgeable for what I needed for my particular space. Armando and his crew came to install, they were great, they worked quickly, and left everything clean. Everyone was professional and friendly. It looks great, so happy !!!

  Wow! So beautiful! Garrett drew up 3D plans which we tweaked a bit and showed me the plants, palms and bushes we both had in mind. Looking forward to this amazing design. They're so busy I won't be scheduled until June but hopefully by then we'll have rain. I didn't know what loropetalum cerise charm was but it's so pretty- great backdrop. I was hesitant about palms but a sago or European fan won't overwhelm. Thank you Garrett!
