Extremely smooth experience end to end. The booking experience was very smooth and service rep was wonderful in helping me with the right size for our needs and explaining everything to us. My daughter went to check out the unit reserved, and Cynthia did an excellent job when meeting her, showing her everything and making it a great experience for her. Very pleased!
