Didn't get a storage space here, but I called to ask a question (if 24-hour access is available), and the answer was no - which is fine - but then I got a speech on how no one does that so people can't live in the units, etc.
And he was wrong, as there are storage places that have 24-hour access... I was just looking for something closer.
Just answer for your own company... we don't need the proselytizing.

I am so glad I chose Extra Space after researching my options. I was at another storage facility that kept raising the price so I moved my stuff. It was the best decision I could have made. The facility is clean and well kept. But, really the best part is the exceptional customer service. Tyler is awesome and really appreciates me as a customer. All my interactions with Tyler has been very positive and helpful. Thanks Tyler for always giving 200%!
