  I needed a patio set fast for my Airbnb and this place delivered, literally. Christina and Bob were incredibly helpful walking me through what was available same-day or next-day, and owner Mark went above and beyond helping me load everything into his personal truck to get it to the property that day. Fair prices, great selection, and most importantly, people who treat you like family. This is a testimant to localling owned busineses helping the locals and exactly why I shop local. Our values align helping one another out. We'll definitely be back!

  Great experience from beginning to end...selections were really good, salesperson extremely helpful, and professional delivery - with setup and haul away of all packaging. Delivery was on time as well! Will be back for more...

  PFS has a wonderful selection. Wendy was great in helping us in the store. Our furniture was delivered in less than two weeks and the delivery team of Steve and Mike was fantastic! They were both professional, friendly and helpful in getting our old furniture out and giving tips about the furniture care.

  The selection and quality of product and sales person was top notch!!! Five stars. Renay in Osprey store was fantastic!!!! The three star rating is based upon the delivery fee policy which is arcane. The company would not deliver at all to our island home (even if we paid the transit fee) because their truck got a flat tire on our island once. Presumably they never got a flat tire anywhere else? Further, they charge a delivery fee to deliver to the store where you purchased the item, more if it’s delivered to a different store and even more if it’s delivered to your home. We drove to the warehouse in Sarasota (less than ten minutes from the Osprey store) which was over an hour from our home. We have no problem paying a home delivery fee but never heard of a company charging a fee to deliver an item to the place you bought it! So delivery aspect of service is a Zero.

  Jamie was great to work with really knew her product and was very helpful in choosing the right fabric colors for the chairs. When Mike & Josh arrived with the table & chairs for the delivery they were very professional, polite and efficient getting the new set to the deck and placing it in just the right location.
