Went in this past weekend to extend my lease on the first of two storage units I currently lease. Laura was very professional and extremely helpful with the options available. She explained the pros and cons of each option and aided me in making my final decision. I am extremely satisfied with the ultimate solution. I will definitely work with her again when my 2nd unit comes up for extension. Additionally, the whole building is kept super clean.
