Poor service...day one was good young guy help us loaded the sod ....next two days a different guy accused us for stealing sod made us pay first and tried to sell us the dry side that was all all yellow and then counted each one. How much we took didn't help us load the card or load up the car. The young man on day one was very nice. He helped us choose the nice green side load up the cart and even waited for us to pay and then push the cart to our car and helped us not only load the car. He even helped us put the plastic for us

“It’s Not About Quality” – Veronica, Assistant Store Manager
I recently placed a substantial order through Lowe’s for a bathroom remodel, including a 72-inch vanity purchased directly from the store. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.
The vanity was delivered on a Saturday without any attempt to notify me. No knock on the door, no doorbell, and no phone call. Instead, the delivery crew left the vanity in the middle of my driveway, completely blocking my vehicles and preventing me from leaving my home. As the vanity is extremely heavy, I am unable to move it myself and must wait until Monday when my contractor is available to assist.
Seeking a solution, I contacted Lowe’s customer service and was directed back to the store where the purchase was made. That is when I spoke with Veronica, the Assistant Store Manager. Rather than showing concern or taking ownership of the issue, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Her attitude suggested that because the item was shipped directly, the situation was somehow no longer Lowe’s responsibility—even though the purchase was made through the store and Lowe’s accepted my payment.
After spending more than two hours on hold between various departments, I was left without any meaningful assistance. The only suggestion offered was that I hire a moving company at my own expense to correct a problem created by Lowe’s delivery process.
What is most disappointing is not the delivery mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service afterward. When a retailer sells a product, customers reasonably expect that retailer to stand behind the entire purchasing experience—not distance itself from problems when they arise.
This experience has left me questioning Lowe’s commitment to customer service and whether customer convenience and satisfaction are truly priorities.
