Nasty and unprofessional management. Waited an hour and a half to talk to a manager. Manager was rude to store associate and then to us. I was nasty in return but I should have never have waited 1.5 hours and then been talked down to like a dog. Veronica needs lessons in customer service, I would NEVER treat an associate or a customer like that.

We were shopping for a specific microwave. Michael in the appliance department went out of his way to answer our questions. Once we made a decision, he went to extra trouble to get it off the top shelf and bring it to us. Exceptional customer service at this visit.

What happened to accountability? I have been shopping at this store for several months now but at Lowes for many years ..and never thought this would happened at a company I held with high regards. I purchased a few items checked out used the option for print receipt and email as well ,gathered my items and exited the store , as I was loading my vehicle a gentlemen followed me from the store and approached me and asked me did I pay for my items and could I provide a receipt I replyed are you employed with Lowes and he responded no but my wife is .I said sir let's return to the store to clarify this issue .so once inside he dissappears so I request the manager on duty Andrew who seemed like I was interrupting his lunch break .i proceeded to inform him of the ordeal he didnt seem to have a care in the world only stated ill look into to it .I said thanks and have a great night. Lowes Do better of who you choose for management .

There’s a reason this place only had 4.0 star rating. I went in to buy paint and the guy working the paint section, George, was absolutely unprofessional. I’m painting a bare wood floor and was asking about different colors for a pattern. This guy had no people skills or maybe he was having no a bad day, who knows. The customer is not always right, but without the customer, you don’t have a job. I owned and operated a business for 12 years and still hold a 5.0 star rating. I’m not above or better than anyone else but I do recognize that the customer is what keeps you in business. I spoke with a manager and she was very professional. She said she’d address the situation. I hope she does. The world has became a place of hate, attitude and disrespect. I don’t like it anymore than anyone else but you make it worse when you treat people like they’re nothing.
