    I went to pick up an online order. I was greeted by a friendly representative, Teresa. She was very helpful and accommodating and helped me get my item that I purchased in a quick and friendly manner.

    Worst customer service ever —— definitely a change from ten years ago when they used to be great —— like everyone they skimp on human help dumping everything on incompetent AI. As soon as you are finally connected to someone they said please hold then never picked up for six minutes - then picked up twice told me they couldn’t help me (thought they were talking to someone else) then hung up

    We ordered an Instaview refrigerator, a range, dishwasher and microwave on April 4th. I called and scheduled delivery for April 27th as my husband was undergoing tests for a heart condition. We later received an email from Lowes confirming the delivery date as April 22nd. My husband was undergoing Angiography on the 22nd. I had to reschedule again for the 27th. We received another email confirming delivery of refrigerator and range with no mention of our other 2 appliances. I called customer care and was assured all 4 appliances would be delivered and Installed as scheduled. When the truck arrived on the 27th, only the refrigerator and range were on the truck. The drivers knew nothing about our missing appliances. I called customer care yet again and was finally informed that the missing appliances were going to be delivered and installed separately later that day. While I was on the phone with customer care, my husband was getting frustrated with the lack of information provided by the drivers and after losing his temper, refused delivery until all appliances were delivered. I had to speak with 4 different departments in order to reschedule delivery of the refrigerator and range for today. Now we receive another email from Lowes stating delivery was delayed until tomorrow. We will be shopping at Home Depot from here on and hopefully they will be better informed and treat their customers with more respect. This is a terrible way to run a business.

    Unreal the stupidity of ordering anything from this place ..product didn't come on time then had to drive 50 miles to pick the rest of my order up from store that they couldn't deliver ... never again what a absolutely JOKE...

    Purchased a Craftsman pressure washer from Lowe’s Home Improvement on April 3. Finally used it and it’s defective—pump oil leaking right out of the box. Tried to return it and was denied because it was opened and past 48 hours. Makes zero sense—you can’t know it’s defective without using it. If it stayed unopened, I’d have 30 days… but once you test it, you’re stuck? Manager Andrew and Chris offered no help. Craftsman said the store has to handle it. The store refused. I left the broken machine at customers service. Now I’m out $400 on a defective machine. Craftsman warranty kicks in after 30 days. Lowe’s return policy is 48 hours for opened products. They are unwilling to do anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and POLICY. Buyer beware: their return policy does NOT support customers. I won’t be purchasing major items here again. Update on review: someone left a generic message with a phone number with NO point of Contact. This has to be joke right? Just another example of poor customer service. This is a terrible response and again I am out $400 from Lowe’s return policy and the craftsman’s warranty policies. Buyer aware. Days 3-30 are not covered by anything so you will be out of the device breaks like mine did. I left the machine at customer service and walked out the door. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
