visit: september 19 2026 I had the most-amazing service today -Bart and Rett made me feel welcome the moment I walked in to get my vintage clock fixed (on a Saturday, when some if not most other places are closed for the weekend!) PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY! they deserve every client, and you will not be disappointed! My german wall clock had gears stuck or stuff that's not aligned and all.. he took about 10 or 15 mins making adjustments, when he finished, HE REFUSED A PAYMENT, DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT! he said that if it were really broken, I would have paid $350 bucks or more! The 1-star reviews given to this business are from 6, 8, even 9 years ago, from disgruntled clients who, sad to say, had a bad experience.. but if you look at recent reviews, they are flawless! Bart was upfront, you can tell the moment you exchange words with him (and Rett, who was typing-away in the office, but still didn't fail to communicate whatever comes to mind! A disclaimer, they are as funny as they are nice! This business deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Walk ins are welcome! Oh and by the way,my clock is working!! Thanks Bart+Rett!!

This place is absolutely the best to repair your luxury watch. Mr. Bart Polacheck knows very the all details needed to fix a watch. I had previous experiences in Orlando, but Swiss House excell on every point: quality, price, time, etc. A sign on the wall tells that it was founded in Switzerland in 1802! Congratulations, keep doing this great work!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately couldn't help me with my issues, but gave me information for someone who could. 10/10 would take my watch back to him.

Fantastic! Watchmakers and repair shops like this are a rare breed nowadays. So glad Bart is nearby! He was so welcoming and friendly, and changed my watch battery while I waited, in under 5 minutes for a fair price. He has classic clocks all over the shop and a sign they make house calls. He has various resale watches for sale (including some rare Swatch watches), watch straps, and the like. Plenty of parking out front. Accepts credit cards. Highly recommend!
